Those Fabulous MGM Costumes Exhibition

The Nevada Historical Society (NHS) in Reno is currently running a special exhibition which Reno members may find interesting.

Those Fabulous MGM Costumes focuses on the show costumes from the Donn Arden's Hello Hollywood Hello production that ran in Reno from 1978 to 1989. Over 1000 costumes are owned by Karen Burns Productions from Reno, Nevada.

The exhibit showcases costumes throughout the two-hour show including the Futuropolis act that was influenced by the Science Fiction movies and television show of the period. In addition, historical photographs, sketches and articles from the Society collection highlight the displayed costumes and show. A beautiful exhibit from an amazing part of Reno's entertainment history.
