Program Monitoring and Visualization by Clinton L. Jeffery Pdf
This book presents software visualization at a level suitable for a senior level undergraduate or graduate course, or for the interested technical professional. The approach is to give a survey of the field, and then present a specific research framework designed to reduce the effort required to write visualization tools. A wide range of simple program control flow and data structure visualizations are then presented as examples of how to obtain information about program behavior, and how to present it graphically. Source code fragments and screen images illustrate each example.

On-Going Monitoring Program of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act : Final Report by Hagler Bailly (Firm),Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency. On-Going Monitoring Committee Pdf
This report summarizes the findings of the Ongoing Monitoring Program conducted to assess the performance of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act as part of its five-year review. Program objectives were to monitor the societal benefits resulting from the application of the Act, to assess the costs & benefits to industry resulting from the requirements & administration of the Act, and to recommend improvements to the Act. The methodology involved selection of 20 case studies and their subsequent analysis, focusing on contributions of the Act toward sustainable development. Three classes of benefits are identified (process, study, & outcome) and findings are presented with regard to the distribution of these benefits for all three levels of assessment (screening, comprehensive studies, joint panels) as well as among various stakeholders. Environmental assessment costs, incremental costs driven by the Act, and project capital costs are estimated. Potential impacts to competitiveness are discussed in relation to these costs, with special attention to project start-up. Factors affecting the Act's benefits and costs are then discussed, with a review of such issues as variations in interpretation of the Act and whether the Act is a primary or secondary driver of environmental assessment. The final section summarizes the document and presents recommendations in relation to major elements of the Act review. Appendices contain summaries of the case studies, a benefits matrix of the Act, and results of perspectives benefits analysis.

Post-Program Monitoring During The Pandemic by International Monetary,International Monetary Fund. Strategy, Policy, & Review Department,International Monetary Fund. Finance Dept.,International Monetary Fund. Legal Dept. Pdf
The increase in Fund lending in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, including emergency financing, has led to a record number of requests for financing last year, and to an unprecedented amount of credit outstanding. This underscores the need for appropriate safeguards to the Fund’s balance sheet. Post Program Monitoring (PPM) is one such safeguard, which provides a framework for deeper and closer engagement with members that have substantial outstanding Fund credit but are not in a program relationship.
