Although every effort been made to protect the identity of all persons involved in the incident, particularly those who came out in poor light, inquisitive minds and contemporaries may still be able to spot the characters with reference to the dates, places and appointments. The author therefore wishes to apologize if unwittingly the identity of any person is given away by unavoidable references.
