Animal Friends of the Forest and Plateau by Murtle Jacobus Graner Pdf
All things bright and wonderful, all creatures great and small. All things wise and wonderful, the Lord God made them all. When God created the world, He made everything excellent and in balance. He made stars to brighten up the sky and the moon to give us light at night and the sun to give us warmth at day. God made the seas, rivers, lakes, amazing waterfalls, mountains, and fields. Then he made fascinating birds to fill the sky with angelic music and other animals who would later become our friends and some like family. Children love all animals on the land, the fish in the seas and the birds in the sky. Whenever they come across any animals, even the ones they have never seen or heard of before, they are curious to learn about them. It's said that dogs are a boy's best playmate and companion, a kitten, soft as a fur ball comes purring, rubbing its tiny body up and down your leg, looking at you with those bright loving eyes, and expecting a bit of cuddling in return. Sheep who selflessly gives us their wool to keep us warm in winter, cows give us milk expecting nothing in return. The donkey and the horse has been there as transportation to people for many, many years. What about the pretty butterflies who decorate our gardens with their bright colors, or the dolphins who entertain us and sometimes rescue us in the open seas? Nearly everyone's life is affected by animals, so we are accountable for the way we treat them. In this book we'll explore some amazing and interesting baby animals. We'll learn about their habitat, their characteristics and all the things they like and dislike. So, what are you waiting for kids? Let;s go on a wild adventure and start exploring the wonders of our animal kingdom.

I was born the youngest of six children on Halloween day, 1965, in Ottawa, Illinois. In 1984, I graduated from Ottawa High School and continued on to Illinois State University seeking a BA in mass communication. I became a freelance writer while still in high school. I wrote my first screenplay my senior year of high school. Next was a three-act stage play. As I have gotten older, I have developed a way to keep my short stories interesting and to be a little more creative, especially with the use of animals. Giving animals human-like qualities, you can teach children so much without them realizing that they are being taught. That is what I try to do; in each one of my stories there is a life lesson hidden. I think parents appreciate that what they are trying to teach their children is being carried over into what they read. Happy reading.
In Forest Animals, soft-to-touch padded pages reveal charming illustrations, brought to life by the crinkle in the covers. Kids will laugh as they squeeze the covers, crinkle the pages, and learn about which animal hops (rabbit!), which one keeps watch (owl!), and more forest friends.
Forest Child by Associate Professor of History Marni McGee,Marni McGee Pdf
When a boy wanders into the woods and gets lost, the animals are hostile and suspicious at first. . . . But after he frees a rabbit from a hunting trap, the animals see that he can be trusted and they take care of him as though he were one of them. . . . Though the story is a traditional one (making friends with the animals), McGee tells it with unusual gentleness.--Kirkus. Full color.
