Jesus Christ the Savior Is Born by Elder Belinda Lee McNeal-Walker Pdf

This book provides a captivating overview of the true birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Each word is inspired by the Holy Spirit, leaving no opportunity for the desires of the flesh, false doctrine, or traditional thinking to intervene. The Holy Bible provides explicit details concerning the birth, life, and death of Christ. However, his true purpose has been altered by many false teachings, doctrines, and traditional generational customs based on lies, trickery, and deceit, which have ultimately resulted in death. The Bible declares in Romans 6:23, For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. His purpose is no secret to those who believe and receive. This inspired work is the alpha of a series entitled The Divine Collection for Christ. The purpose of this work is to break the traditional generational customs and provide our children, teens, as well adults, with the truth. As you read this book, allow the Holy Spirit to minister to your heart. As the truth is revealed, take a moment to receive Jesus as your personal savior and repent of any and all sins, including the sin of idolatry associated with false teaching, doctrine, and worship that may have cultivated your life. As children of the Most High God, we are mandated to share the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our children deserve the truth. The appointed time has come to break the traditional generational customs of lies. The Bible declares in Ephesians 6:4, And, ye fathers provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. The future of our children rest on the foundation that we build for them today. This foundation must be built on truth and not on traditional generational customs.

Christmas Worship and the Birth of Our Savior by Dr. Bur Shilling Pdf

Christmas is perhaps the most treasured Christian holiday and at the same time, one of the least understood. Research suggests that large numbers of Americans are confused about the central reason for the holiday. Even evangelical believers cannot agree that the birth of Jesus is the most important factor of this national observance. Modern American culture has challenged the religious importance of Christmas. The media and retail stores have helped suppress the religious emphasis by asserting "Happy Holidays" rather than "Merry Christmas." So, the question is, "What is the truth about Christmas?" Is it found in the season's holiday music? Is the meaning in decorated trees and lighted city streets? Does commercialized gift-giving explain the purpose of the holiday? Perhaps it resides in Santa Claus and his magic-flying reindeer. So, where do we find the value in a holiday titled Christmas? The truth is found in the pages of the New Testament. Angels, shepherds, magi, a Jewish king, and the Roman Empire all play a part in the validity of the holiday. How was Christmas planned in heaven? What does Scripture say about the incarnation? How did the shepherds find the Christ child in the darkness of a city without streetlights? How many magi arrived in Jerusalem to seek the new king? Where did they travel from? Why did they make the journey? What binds all these issues together around the birth of a baby in a small insignificant village? This volume presents the truth about an event the entire world uses to date its calendar.

The Birth of Jesus by Elda Sullins Pdf

It is God who has spoken to mankind this time through his loving Son, Jesus Christ, who has come to save our souls. This is the one whose birth, crucifixion, resurrection, ascension, and the greatest commission were accomplished. An ancient promise speaks of a new holy righteous convent, which will be everlasting in order to save the whole world. As a result of the gracious gift of life and the unfailing love of God that never dies, Emmanuel is the promised king messiah, who is going to come and take back the lost relationship between God and his people. Jesus Christ was God's plan to bring heaven to earth to fulfill the ultimate plan of righteousness that has existed since the beginning of time. The Lord has filled every hole in the heart of humanity with his grace. As God's creation, we are created to be able to fulfill the purpose for which he created us by knowing him in an intimate, personal relationship and experiencing real joy and satisfaction in our lives. Adam and Eve were the first man and woman that God created in his image, and they knew this joy in a perfect fellowship with him until they chose to disobey him. Although they tried to cover up their sin, they were unable to avoid the curse that sin has brought to the world as a result of their sin. As God purposed in Romans 5:12, so that they would once again have a right relationship with him, he devised a miraculous master plan. An instruction was given by God to sacrifice a lamb or to sacrifice an animal of a particular type and shed its blood. To make up for the sins of the people, the animal's death would serve as a substitute to compensate for their sins. Although that did remove their sin, it was only a foreshadow of what was to come (Hebrews 9:19-28). It was only to be the fulfillment of what had been promised (Hebrews 10:1-14). By God's will, we have been sanctified, once and for all, through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ's body. It is only through the death of Jesus Christ on the cross that sin can be wiped away. In order to achieve permanent forgiveness, God has designed a plan. Due to his great love, God gave of himself in order to ensure our untimely sustainability in John 3:16-17. He offers his Son, Jesus, as the perfect Lamb of God. In the Gospel of John, Christ gives his life on the cross in order to make reconciliation with God eternal. He gave his life in order for us to be forgiven. According to 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, he died for our sins. He is our redemption through his blood, and we are the beneficiaries of his grace through the forgiveness of our sins as a result of his blood (Ephesians 1:7). A new life is given to us by God, who offers us the chance to be saved from the penalty of hell and a future in heaven to give us a new life in him. According to Romans 6:23, Jesus said in John 14:2-3 that he gives them the right to become children of God (2 Corinthians 5:17). When we accept him as our Lord and Savior, we are given a new life in him (John 1:12). In this way, God gave us a new life in him as his child! The only way to salvation is through Jesus Christ (John 14-16), according to Romans 5:1. God's plan is a gift that he has offered to each of us, not a reward that will be earned by working to achieve it. Our own sin must be seen as God sees it in Ephesians 2:8-9. Your eternal fate in hell depends on whether you're safe or not. Accept Jesus as your Savior by faith in your heart, and ask God for forgiveness from the depths of your heart. The Bible says in Romans 10:9-10, "You can accept Jesus as your savior right now, by praying directly from your heart."

Songs for a Saviour's Birth by William Philip Pdf

Most of us are on the lookout for something fresh and different as we approach Advent and Christmas. How can we fully appreciate the familiar truths, treasuring yet again the good news and joy of the season? What will really make our hearts sing? Look no further. In this sure-footed, yet conversational and down-to-earth, little volume, William Philip looks at the 'songs' of key characters in the Christmas story: Elizabeth (joy for the hearers) Mary (joy for the humble) Zechariah (joy for the helpless) The Shepherds (joy for the heavens) Simeon and Anna (joy for the hopeful) This is a book to engage heart and head, as it moves between key passages from Luke’s Gospel, from the song of the heavily pregnant to the song of a humble peasant, from the song of the helpless priest to the song of the heavenly proclaimers, and finally to the song of the hopeful 'pensioners'. The author concludes, 'Countless people throughout the centuries have… joined the chorus of praise and proclamation, singing the song of the Saviour with Simeon and Anna, Zechariah and Elizabeth, Mary and all the host of heaven. My hope is that your voice is already part of that wonderful refrain. But if not, then my prayer is that this Christmas is the time to do what these others have done and embrace the Saviour for yourself.' 'Takes the reader, with accuracy and deep devotion, from these wonderful songs of Scripture, to know, with new adoration, the Christ who was born' - Peter Dickson 'Inspiring and informative... Written not just for those who have found their Christian faith, but also for those who are still seeking and exploring. A great read for Advent.' - Clare Hendry 'A wonderful exploration of the Bible's own "Christmas carols". Saints, sceptics, seekers and Scrooges will find fuel here to warm the heart.' - Jonty Rhodes 'The cardiologist (or physician) who became a pastor has written a book to make our hearts sing... It has something striking in it for preachers, congregations and visitors alike.' - Rico Tice

I wanted to write a Christmas story so that all youngsters could understand. I wanted to give them a story and a message that they could remember. When writing a story for a child, you have to come down to their level and give them something that they are able to relate to. Thanks to Uncle Sylvester, this has happened. I love children, and I am very happy that I authored this story. Again, I could have not written this Christmas story without my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I give him all the glory.

Advent of the Savior by Stephen J. Binz Pdf

Advent is the season in which we reread and relive the experience of ancient Israel as it longed for the coming of the Messiah. It is also a time to reflect on the infancy narratives of Jesus which have enriched the lives of believers through the centuries. As an extension of Israel's longing for the Messiah, the infancy accounts serve as overtures to the writings of the evangelists, and stand as bridges connecting the Old and New Testaments. Advent of the Savior focuses on this connection of past to present so that we may deepen our longing for the Messiah's coming again and ask God in our own day to be Emmanuel, "God with us." The infancy narratives of Matthew and Luke express the basic truths about the divine and human mystery of Jesus Christ. Advent of the Savior reminds us that it is through these truths that we are called to move from longing for our Savior to hope in his coming again.
