Honourable Members will find on their desks a copy of the Public Accounts which they will find concise, clear and easily understood. In recent years it has been much abbreviated and entries clarified so that the average citizen may, with the least possible confusion, ascertain such information as he desires. Also you will find on your desks a copy of the Supplementary Estimates for 1928. As the Session proceeds there will also be placed before you the 1928 Further Supple mentary Estimates, and Main Estimates for 1929.
