Living in the Balance of Grace and Faith by Andrew Wommack Pdf

Popular Bible teacher and host of the Gospel Truth broadcast, Andrew Wommack takes on one of the biggest controversies of the church, the freedom of God's grace verses the faith of the believer. Wommack reveals that God's power is not released from only grace or only faith. God's blessings come through a balance of both grace and faith. Addressing many of the misconceptions believers are taught in the Church today, this book opens up the Scriptures revealing the vital connection between grace and faith. Many believers think they walk in both grace and faith when actually they are misusing one or both of these principles. Wommack addresses: * Some believers willingly sin believing Gods grace will cover them, while the blessing of grace is not to sin, but to release guilt and condemnation when they make a mistake. * Other believers think they must "work" their faith by ritualistic prayer, confession, or Bible study. Although all these things are good, Jesus Christ set believers free from works of the law. God wants a relationship where He can communicate directly to each believer. * Grace and faith work together. When believers receive the unmerited favor or grace of God, they can release their faith without doubt or reservation and receive God's blessings. Andrew Wommack in his logical, practical style brings believers back on track in their Christian walk through living in the balance of grace and faith.

Beyond the Shallow: How Suffering Led Me to the Deep End of Grace by Michelle Bates Pdf

See the lavish grace of Jesus's love for you... As Christians, we commonly portray grace as something that comes to us in the form of a paycheck and healthy bodies. By wading into the deep end of suffering, I have learned that God's grace is much more evident in the mire and dung of life. Amid deep pain and suffering, I found myself at the grace-filled cross where his glory is revealed in the unseen as I struggle with what is transient. Michelle grew up in church and believed in what she calls Christian karma: Do good, get good. She adopted this unspoken mantra during her teen and young adult years and even into her early married life. But when suffering came to her door, she returned to the Scripture to learn the truth of the gospel. She learned to see grace through the loss of expectation and the loss of three of her six children. As you read this book, Michelle's hope is that you will see the lavish grace of Jesus's love for you, and-if you are walking through immense suffering-that you will understand Jesus is most certainly enough.

Moving Beyond Fear to Gratitude by Nancy H. Mitchell Pdf

Moving Beyond Fear to Gratitude takes the reader on a journey with a quiet, strong, humble man who trusted in the Lord throughout all his trials—including corticolbasal degeneration (CBD), a rare and debilitating brain disease—and his anxious wife who, as his caregiver, learned to lean on the Lord and to see that gratitude adds a sense of peace to the circumstances of life. Through her four years of journaling, Nancy paints a picture of CBD’s effects on both sufferer and caregiver. This book is intended, in part, to help families and caregivers recognize CBD symptoms. It’s primary purpose, however, is to show how the hard-earned knowledge Nancy gained through caring for her husband, coupled with his strong positive attitude and faith, helped her to better accept God’s sovereign control over life’s circumstances and deepened her faith beyond anything she could have possibly conceived. It’s her prayer that what she has shared in this book will help you to find that same acceptance and deeper faith in the midst of your own trial. Nancy reminds us that everyone is going through some type of trial. What matters is what we do with that trial to glorify God and to acknowledge that all that we are and have, we are and have by His grace and only by His grace.

Sick Religion or Healthy Faith? by Ryan Ahlgrim Pdf

Is it time to get rid of religion? Not so fast, says Ryan Ahlgrim. It's time for us to define and demand healthy faith. Despite the dysfunction and divisiveness seen too often in religion, we continue to need a community of love, and we yearn for a transcendent encounter that can heal us. So instead of abandoning religion, Ahlgrim outlines twelve characteristics of a healthy religious community, and describes what a healthy Christian community of faith believes and practices. Along the way he reveals the power of story, the genius of Jesus, and the path to wholeness. In the end we are faced with the most daring and fulfilling choice of all: to embrace a community of love that trusts in God.

Healing From A Grace Perspective by Sonja Parham Pdf

Hear And Be Healed! Do you or someone you know need healing in your physical body? If you are a born-again believer, Jesus obtained your healing two thousand years ago. Healing is already on the inside of you. It was given to you by God's grace (God's undeserved favor). You didn't deserve it or couldn't earn it, God gave it to you as a gift through Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, most believers don't experience what Jesus has already done for them because of religion and tradition of men. Wrong believing has hindered believers from receiving healing and all the finished works of Jesus Christ. You have a blood-bought right because of Jesus's blood to walk in divine health, prosperity, soundness, and wholeness. This is a covenant right! In Healing from a Grace Perspective, you will learn how to apply the Word of God with precision and accuracy to get the healing on the inside of you to manifest on your physical body. No disease, to include cancer, can stand up to the Word of God when applied with aggressive faith and precision. Take your healing. It belongs to you! Jesus has given me the assignment of getting faith in the body of Christ for healing. Jesus said to me "if people will believe what you teach them and do it aggressively healing will come to them." Wrong Believing One of the greatest hindrances to receiving from God is wrong believing. Believing contrary to what the Scriptures says is a sure way of not receiving your healing. We have heard so much information that is not in agreement with the Scriptures. For example, if you believe that it's not God's will to heal everybody when the Bible clearly states "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth" (3 John 2, KJV), then Satan can talk you out of your healing. He can convince you that God won't heal you because of something you did or didn't do. This is why reading and studying the Word of God for yourself on a daily basis is so important. You must believe God wants you well and God by his grace has made healing available. Sinner's Prayer Say this prayer aloud with all your heart and Jesus will come to live on the inside of you. Father, Your word says according to Roman 10:9 if I confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus Christ and believe in my heart that God has raised him from the dead I will be saved. I renounce sin and ask Jesus to come into my heart now and be my Lord and Savior. I believe God raised him from the dead. I ask Jesus to fill me with the Holy Spirit. I declare that I am now born again. Thank you Jesus for saving me. Congratulations! You are now a born-again believer.
