I believe these philosophies will serve them well in life not only as coping mechanisms but also to extract the most enjoyment and satisfaction out of life. It is by no means a perfect list and its something I continually adapt and change as I experience life and my out look changes. They are meant to be tools and if they help great and if they don't then ignore them. Each one is meant to be something that is taken with a grain of salt, adapted and never been taken too seriously. Spoiler alert, keeping a sense of humour about everything is definitely one of the dadosophies. With encouragement of friends I made the decision to publish this work as its something they said may benefit others. If it did that to just one person then my work here would have been worth it. In fact even if it doesn't its been worth it as its something that's helped me immensely to relax and gain perspective about life.
