The Book of Major Sins in Islam by IDP Research Division Pdf

Bear in mind that what you view in this world is either good or bad, clear or vague, a lust followed by sorrow or sins followed by gloom. Therefore, you have to reject a perishable joy or lust, a binding condemnity, an inevitable sorrow, and a grievous affliction. Judge yourself before being judged by Allah, the Lord of the Universe. Remember that the one who will be prosperous, is the one who washes away the filth of his sins by repentance while repentance is available, awakes and gets out from the place of sins to the fort of guidance before repentance and apology are of no avail. May Allah safeguard us with His sleepless eyes and keep us away from faults and sins for He is the All-Hearing, the Nearest. The Mortal Sins of Homoeopathy - Effective Organisation of a Homoeopathic Therapy by Pal Dragos Pdf

A large number of homoeopathic prescriptions in Germany fail to have any effect, and in some cases they even cause harm. Anyone truly interested in homoeopathy needs to be aware of the hitherto unknown or suppressed "mortal sins" of homoeopathy. Symptom-oriented treatments, unduly high potencies (megapotencies), etc., can be harmful to your health. The view that "homoeopathy can only do good, but never do harm" is a delusion. This book provides you with advice on how to take stock of your therapy and so become actively involved in the effective organisation of your homoeopathic treatment. This of course also goes for the homoeopathic treatment of cancer, AIDS, and ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder). The author, Pal Dragos (Dr./Med. Univ. Budapest, Dipl.Soz., M.A.), is the medical director of a private homoeopathic clinic in Munich.

Our Moral Life in Christ (College Edition) by Peter V. Armenio,Midwest Theological Forum Pdf

This college edition of Our Moral Life in Christ by Rev. Peter Armenio focuses on the Person and teachings of Christ and examines the moral life from that perspective. Christian morality is not only for "knowing," but also for "living." This is a practical manner in which the spirit of Christ is made manifest in the world, thus contributing to the improvement of society. Based on the Ten Commandments and the Beatitudes, Our Moral Life in Christ presents the teachings of the Magisterium on moral issues in modern society. Inspired by recent papal documents, especially the encyclical The Splendor of Truth, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, this book provides the moral formation that will help the reader to become more Christlike in service of love and in the journey toward personal perfection as well as providing the foundation to pursue advanced theological studies.

Now, Christians throughout the world, who have just been born again by believing in the gospel of the water and the Spirit that we are spreading, are indeed yearning to feed on the bread of life. But it is difficult for them to have fellowship with us in the true gospel, for they are all far away from us. Therefore, to meet the spiritual needs of these people of Jesus Christ, the King of kings, the sermons in this book have been prepared as new bread of life for them to nourish their spiritual growth. The author proclaims that those who have received the remission of their sins by believing in the Word of Jesus Christ, the King of kings, must feed on His pure Word in order to defend their faith and sustain their spiritual lives. This book will provide the real spiritual bread of life to all of you who have become the royal people of the King by faith. Through His Church and servants, God will continue to provide you with this bread of life. May God's blessings be on all of you who have been born again of water and the Spirit, who desire to have true spiritual fellowship with us in Jesus Christ. Who Are the False Prophets inside the Christianity of Today? (Matthew 7:15-27) 9. Let Us Lead to the Truth the Heretics Who Do Not Believe That Jesus Is the Christ! (1 John 5:1-12) 10. You Shall Not Kill the Lives of the Born-Again (Genesis 9:1-7) 11. What Should We Do to Avoid Worshipping Idols before God like Solomon the Idolater? (1 Kings 9:1-9) 12. There Are Mighty Hunters Who Aim at the Souls of Men (Genesis 10:1-14) 13. The Descendants of Ham, Mighty Soul-Hunters (Genesis 10:1-32) 14. The Lesson of the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11:1-9) 15. You Must Live out Your Faith with a Pure Faith Like Stone and Mortar (Genesis 11:1-9) In the Bible, the people of Israel claim to worship God, but ultimately, following Jeroboam, they were worshipping the golden calves. In fact, more than 2/3 of the history of Israelites was a history of having worshipped the golden calves, thinking them to be God. Ultimately, even now, they continue to go on living without realizing the fact that Jesus Christ, who has come by the gospel of the water and the Spirit, is their true Savior. In spite of it all, there are many Jews who are waiting for their Savior, even now. Then, how is the faith of you who claim to be taking part in Christianity in this New Testament Era? Do you currently believe in and follow God with a proper understanding of Him? If not, aren't you perhaps worshipping golden calves with a misapprehension of them as God? If you are like that, then you must become aware of the fact that you are worshipping an idol before God like the people of Israel. Then, you must revert back and meet the Lord who has come by the gospel of the water and the Spirit. I am sure that you will be able to believe in the gospel Truth when you truly realize before God what the Truth of the salvation in the gospel of the water and the Spirit is, won't you? I wish to testify before you the true faith and the Truth under the title, "Heretics, Who Followers the sins of Jeroboam." By all means, I hope you will be a person of the same faith as that of mine. Bread from Heaven by Bernhard Blankenhorn,Blankenhorn Op Bernhard Pdf

Bread from Heaven offers a contemporary theological synthesis on the Eucharist that brings together classical and critical biblical exegesis, debates on the early history of the Christian liturgy, patristic doctrine, the teachings offered by the Councils of Florence, Trent and Vatican II, and the Church’s lex orandi, all within a framework provided by the Eucharistic theology of Thomas Aquinas. The volume begins with Christ’s Bread of Life discourse in John 6, in light of the Old Testament theme of the manna, and the Synoptic accounts of the Last Supper. These biblical texts offer solid foundation for a theology of Eucharistic sacrifice, presence and Communion. It then continues with a historical and systematic study of the institution of the Eucharist by Christ, with special attention given to the emergence of the first Eucharistic prayers. Then follows a survey of key Christological and ecclesiological themes which undergird Eucharistic theology. The chapters on Eucharistic sacrifice and presence form the heart of the work. Here, the focus moves to key conciliar, patristic and Thomistic insights on these themes. Bread from Heaven clarifies misunderstandings of Eucharistic sacrifice and renders transubstantiation accessible to beginners. Blankenhorn concludes with a study of the consecration, the minister of the Eucharist and the fruits of communion. The chapter on the debate over the words of institution and the epiclesis gives a fresh perspective that integrates both eastern and western tradition. The study of the Eucharistic celebrant strikes a balance between a spirituality of the priest as acting in persona Christi and of the priest as praying in persona ecclesiae. The concluding chapter centers on the Eucharist’s unitive, mystical fruits in the Church. This textbook is ideal for an advanced undergraduate or graduate course on Eucharistic theology. It also seeks to advance the debate on several controversial historical and speculative issues in sacramental theology.

Refutation of Yasir Qadhi Grave Worship Blunder by Imam Karim Abu Zaid Pdf

A layman Muslim asked Yasir Qadhi: “What is the ruling on invoking the engraved saints (Awlyia)?” Yasir Qadhi answered him publicly, saying, “…The second opinion is the opinion that invoking the saints (Awliya)… it is Haram (Unlawful), and it is evil, and evil innovation, a religions innovation, a Bid’ah, and it is a steppingstone to Shirk (Polytheism). It is opening the doors to Shirk (Polytheism). But it is not Shirk(Polytheism) in and of itself unless that action is accompanied by a belief that you are calling out to a god. I myself am an advocate of this second position.” Yasir Qadhi’s answer is false, baseless, misleading, deceitful, tricky, and dishonest. However, the worst thing about his answer is the sad reality that as a graduate of the Islamic University of Madinah, he was matching the argument to justify idol worship like the pagan Arabs did during the Prophet’s (s.a.w) time. The Pagan Arabs justified their idol worship saying, "We believe that Allah is the Creator, the Controller, the Provider, the Sustainer, the Giver of life and death, and the Source of every blessing." Regardless, Allah (s.w.t) still classified them as Polytheists (Mushrikun) in the Quran, and the Prophet (s.a.w) challenged them on all fronts till they gave it up. I want to ask Yasir Qadhi: "What is the difference between the pagan Arabs at the Prophet's (s.a.w) time and today's grave worshipers?" First, let me point out two major similarities:- The pagan Arabs acknowledged Allah's (s.w.t) Lordship (Rububiyyah). Today's grave worshipers also acknowledge that Allah (s.w.t) can do things that their engraved saints (Awliya) cannot do. Yet, despite their acknowledgments, they both denied Allah's (s.w.t) right to be worshiped alone (Uluhiyyiah). They both directed their worship to the engraved like the pagan Arabs directed their worship to the idols. The pagan Arabs believed that their idols have status and gained Allah's (s.w.t) honor and respect. Hence, they appointed them as Intermediaries (Wasilah), and they used to ask Allah (s.w.t) through them. Similarly, today's grave worshipers believe that the engraved saints (Awliya) have status, honor, and respect with Allah (s.w.t). Hence, they appoint them as Intermediaries (Wasilah), and they invoke Allah (s.w.t) through them as well. However, there are two major differences between the pagan Arabs of the Prophet's (s.a.w) time and today's grave worshipers: When a pagan Arab experienced severe hardship, calamity, or distress, or while making his urgent appeal (Istighathah), he called upon Allah (s.w.t) and ultimately abandoned his idols. However, when today's grave worshiper is distressed and in dire need of help, he directs his urgent appeals (Istighathah) to his saint, the engraved, the dead, and calls upon their so-called “Supreme Helpers” (Al-Ghawth Al-Azam). The second is, that I regard a pagan Arab as a Polytheist (Mushrik), but I cannot do the same to my Muslim brother, the grave worshiper, since he utters the Universal Declaration of Faith (Lā ilāha illa Allāh). I can only do that after establishing the evidence and removed the obstacles. It is to verify that he is invoking the saints (Awliya) knowingly and with willful intention. I ask Allah (s.w.t) to make this work of benefit to Muslims including our brother Yasir Qadhi. May Allah (s.w.t) guide us all. Ameen. Imam Karim Abu Zaid

The Virtues of Holiness by Juan Luis Lorda Pdf

The Virtues of Holiness offers a road-map for navigating our everyday activities: work, family, leisure pursuits. It shows how we can reach the heights of Christian life in and through these activities. For many people this is unfamiliar territory, and the author has written this book just for them. Fr. Lorda offers his readers a daily spiritual plan and describes strategies for gaining the virtues needed for following Christ closely. The next steps are familiarity with the life of Christ and developing a deep interior relationship with Him. Although its path is challenging, The Virtues of Holiness leaves no doubt that the struggle to stay close to Christ lies within the reach of every Christian. The author draws on a wide range of Christian apologists from the Church Fathers to St. Thomas Aquinas, as well as the 16th century Spanish mystics, John of Avila, John of the Cross, and Teresa of Avila. The result is a book that is accessible to readers of all ages, and especially young believers.
