My companion series book 2. Specially written for English Language learners who have difficulty in writing essays, letters or summaries. Model answers within aim to give any student an idea of how to get around basic bullet points and questions that arise in test papers or homework where writing is concerned. English Essays and Letters - simplified part 2...coming soon (with more essays and letters) Author Preface (included in book) Dear Friend First and foremost, I’m very grateful to you for having bought this book. Let’s face it…in the world of today we’re all rushing about endlessly around ‘helter skelter’ to fulfil our day to day activities in meeting our growing needs, fads and fantasies…that we simply have lesser time to spend thinking about sitting through an ‘essay or letter’ that is prioritized as homework. As an English teacher and lecturer, I’ve always had students asking me for help with English homework…specifically related to ideas and just ‘what’ to write about in essays and ‘how’ to go about the whole process. Most students find it comfortable to work with sample or model essays these days…Needless to say, there are zillions of ideas on the internet and Google will simply spill vast ideas on ‘essay and letter writing’ in a jiffy. There are sites which will give you essay samples at a consistent price unasked for that most students may not wish to pay for. NOTHING is (actually) free! (And so is this book too!) In school (boarding school) those days, teachers would give us a 1000 or more worded essay for homework and of course give us ample time for research and reading. Internet and smart technology were unheard of; we had the radio and colour TV then for entertainment and ideas, however. (Gosh, do I sound so old?) I’m just about half-a-century only!!! And so, to cut the long story short, I wish to make English language learners HAPPIER with the models I’ve written here. I hope that in reading this book you would have an idea as to present ‘better’ writing and learn to work with bullet points and questions. No teacher likes the idea of plagiarism as would anyone else. As always, use your own ideas, facts and fantasies and flow of thoughts besides playing around with words to build your own masterpiece. Enter your own world of imagination. Make-believe and believe you can make it! Take a break, a breather and then come back to where you’ve left off… Best of luck with good wishes in moving forward with writing… Kind regards Yours truly Kesh Genga

When a surrogate mother pretends the pregnancy has miscarried, and bears a daughter - to whom does the child belong? To her runaway birth mother, or her grieving father and his wife? Scout, born as a result of a surrogacy arrangement, is kept by her biological mother, Joanie, who has deliberately deceived both the clinic and Scout's intended parents by claiming to have had a miscarriage. When this deception comes to light ten years later, a compelling moral dilemma unfolds as Joanie makes her situation worse in the eyes of the law and social services by going on the run. Scout is shown to be a resourceful, anxious, perceptive child. She craves normality in the face of her mother's restlessness and unaccountability. There is pathos in her attempts to create order and routine in her life. She focuses on trying to home-school herself, and on maximising the adult relationships around her. She is loyal to her mother, and loves her deeply, despite being aware of her inconsistencies. Will the Family Court make the right decision for this vulnerable and determined little girl?
