Unresolved inflammation is a common denominator mapping aging process and induction of ‘mild’, ‘moderate’ or ‘severe’ immune disorders including cancers. Our knowledge of the fascinating biology of immunity in health or chronic diseases is fragmentary, chaotic and confusing, particularly for cancer science.
