Dabei spielt die Ernährung eine bedeutende Rolle, wobei es sowohl Risiko- als auch Schutzfaktoren gibt, die teilweise je nach Krebsart variieren. Vor dem Hintergrund der Entstehungsphasen der Zellwucherung wird das Ernährungsverhalten vor, während und nach einer Krebserkrankung näher beleuchtet.
