Exposing the Fallacies of the Pre-Tribulation Rapture by Billy Broadwater Pdf

The Pretribulation Rapture theory has had a foothold on many Christians in America for over a hundred years. This teaching is not allowed to be challenged in many Christian circles. Exposing the Fallacies of the Pretribulation Rapture takes the building blocks of this theory and dismantles them one by one in a serious, thought-provoking analogy of this doctrine. - Is the seven year tribulation really a biblical term? - Is the church literally raptured in Revelation chapter 4? - Are there signs that precede the return of Christ? - Is the rapture really an invisible event? - Are Christians exempt from tribulation? - Where did the true roots of the pretribulation rapture come from? - What does the day of the Lord have to do with the rapture? These questions and many more are answered in Exposing the Fallacies of the Pre-Tribulation Rapture. Not only is there a thorough examination of the rapture, but also a detailed account is given of the numerous discrepancies among leading pretribulation teachers over Bible passages on the second coming. Billy Broadwater's in-depth Bible based research for over twenty-years brings home the truth about the rapture.

Revelations of the Rapture by Beverley-Anne Bear Pdf

On my search for finding the meaning of life, I made the most amazing discovery, which is what this book is all about. I discovered how to remember who we truly are and how to reconnect to God, Creator of all that is, the source of all life. Life is a journey. As we travel along the road, discovering life, we realize that there is no road map for life, just a moment-by-moment discovery of selfdiscovering who we are and, more excitingly, who we want to be or become. This book has taken me over ten years to write since I had a powerful, prophetic dream in August 2005. I have been on a personal journey of discovery and of immense growth since then, resulting in all the beliefs that I had since a young girl to be turned upside down. If anybody had told me what I know today ten years ago, I would have argued with them and told them that they were being misled and would have considered it heresy. An age-old parable talks about an old beggar who was sitting on a box at the side of the road. When a stranger came walking past, the beggar asked the stranger for some spare cash. The stranger replied that he had no money to give him but then asked the beggar what was inside the box that he was sitting on. The beggar replied that it was an old box that he had been sitting on for as long as he could remember and that he had never looked inside as it was surely empty. The stranger encouraged him to open the box and to look inside, which the beggar duly did, only to find that the box was filled with gold. All these years, this beggar has been begging for money and eating scraps of food or any morsel that he could find, while if he had only looked inside, he would have realized that he was extremely wealthy. The first few chapters of this book are written with an extremely religious tone due to the fact that I was writing from my belief at that time. However, this is not a religious book. You will notice how my beliefs change as the book unfolds. This book has been written from my belief, which I believe God revealed to me through many hours of studying the Bible, praying, and listening to the still small voice within. I had many hours of quiet time with God. I am sharing information with you that I have gathered on my personal journey, but what you do with this information is up to you, as you always have a choice.

Death of the Church Victorious by Ovid Need Pdf

Death of the Church Victorious traces, with abundant documentation, the roots and modern growth of “Protestant Zionism” and dispensational theology, i.e., God working in different ways in different periods of time, from its roots in the late 1700’s to the late 1900’s. The new and unique ideas presented during that time were considered unorthodox, even heresy. But through dedication and hard work, men such as John Darby, George Muller, Hudson Taylor, and Dwight Moody changed Christianity from victory to defeat, and exalted “Zionism” over the “Gospel Church.” Now non-dispensational theology is considered unorthodox. Moody’s Northfield conferences, the Civil War, and the publication of Scofield’s popular Reference Bible allowed “Zionism” and dispensationalism to become legitimate Biblical doctrines in America. If Protestants find a monk’s retreat from the world wrong, is their otherworldliness any the less objectionable? “Ovid Need’s study of Death of the Church Victorious, Tracing the Roots and Implications of Otherworldliness is a work of major importance. A false spirituality and an otherworldliness of anti-Biblical characters have long plagued the Christian Church and hobbled its progress… “Pastor Need analyzes those views in evangelical circles which are working against the future of the faith. His study is a summons to a Biblical faith and power. It is written with grace and insight. Its timelessness cannot be overstated. It is a joy to read, and a work that the Christian community should be grateful for.” ~ R. J. Rushdoony (from the Foreword) “Pastor Need brings to light dispensationalism’s dire effects: pessimism instead of prevailing, cowardice instead of conquering, isolation instead of involvement – a system offering a “rapturous” sneaking away at “any moment” instead of encouraging the saints to subjugate and subdue the enemy until victory is obtained!” ~ Dave MacPherson (from the foreword) This title is a direct print from and original copy.

Tennyson's Rapture by Cornelia D. J. Pearsall Pdf

In the wake of the death of his friend Arthur Henry Hallam, the subject of In Memoriam, Alfred Tennyson wrote a range of intricately connected poems, many of which feature pivotal scenes of rapture, or being carried away. This book explores Tennyson's representation of rapture as a radical mechanism of transformation-theological, social, political, or personal-and as a figure for critical processes in his own poetics. The poet's fascination with transformation is figured formally in the genre he is credited with inventing, the dramatic monologue. Tennyson's Rapture investigates the poet's previously unrecognized intimacy with the theological movements in early Victorian Britain that are the acknowledged roots of contemporary Pentacostalism, with its belief in the oncoming Rapture, and its formative relation to his poetic innovation. Tennyson's work recurs persistently as well to classical instances of rapture, of mortals being borne away by immortals. Pearsall develops original readings of Tennyson's major classical poems through concentrated attention to his profound intellectual investments in advances in philological scholarship and archeological exploration, including pressing Victorian debates over whether Homer's raptured Troy was a verifiable site, or the province of the poet's imagination. Tennyson's attraction to processes of personal and social change is bound to his significant but generally overlooked Whig ideological commitments, which are illuminated by Hallam's political and philosophical writings, and a half-century of interaction with William Gladstone. Pearsall shows the comprehensive engagement of seemingly apolitical monologues with the rise of democracy over the course of Tennyson's long career. Offering a new approach to reading all Victorian dramatic monologues, this book argues against a critical tradition that sees speakers as unintentionally self-revealing and ignorant of the implications of their speech. Tennyson's Rapture probes the complex aims of these discursive performances, and shows how the ambitions of speakers for vital transformations in themselves and their circumstances are not only articulated in, but attained through, the medium of their monologues.

The Rapture Code by Craig S. Luchin Pdf

Can there only be one Rapture? The Rapture Code—Part One of an—Eight-Book Coded Series! This is the first book of an Eight-Book Coded Series, concerning Christian living. I’ve been a Christian for 34 yrs., and for over 30 of those years, I have tried to augment the Rapture of the Church; with additional biblical evidence. I started out all those years ago; to accomplish this one task. Well, God has greatly blessed me, in that I found not—one code—concerning the Rapture, but a coded series of eight codes total. Thus, each one relating to the Christians walking out their salvation, in one aspect or another. (Doctrinally, this first book pertains to the Rapture of the Church in a Pre-Millennial position, that promotes as true; The Seven-year Tribulation, the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ; here on earth, the “little season” of Satan, and then the New Heavens and Earth.) What I have uncovered is a deeper answer that gives good reasons for all three rapture positions, which are: Pre-, Mid-, and Post-Tribulation—being three different raptures all taking place during this 7 year time period. Thus, there being three separate raptures instead of just one. I see there are—three raptures of—three different groups of peoples in the Tribulation Period. Instead of the one group—of the one—Rapture of the Church—in only one—of the three rapture positions offered us. Namely, the rapture positions of: Pre-, or Mid-, or Post-Tribulation. Thus again, I see three different raptures taking place as follows: Rapture of the Church—Rapture of the Two Witnessess—Rapture of the Elect of Israel (Pre-Tribulation) (Mid-Tribulation) (Post-Tribulation) Israel is always the key to proper biblical prophecy. Without Israel in existence today as a nation; there would be no final: End Times. Israel and the Church are separate in the Scriptures, and so it only makes sense (especially after seeing the evidence that I have accumulated in this book) that Israel would have it’s “OWN” rapture. Further, Christians, are making the same error of judgment pertaining to Christ’s Rapture of the Church (seeing only one rapture); that Israel made concerning Christ’s First Coming. Israel, perceived wrongly that there was only one Coming of Christ, which they were sorely mistaken, and we now know that there are two Comings of the LORD, one 2,000 yrs. ago and one in the near future. But Christians are making the same error in thinking that there is only one rapture of one major group of people: The Rapture of the Church. When in fact, there are—two raptures of—two major groups of peoples, as noted above. (Note: The Two Witnesses are not a group, though, I feel, with some Scriptural evidence; that the 144,000 may go up with the Witnesses.) In which the “Left Behind” notion will be proved wrong. Also, I have found a “word pattern order” exclusive to the KJB, that shows forth this order in many OT verses as well as the NT. I have found the threefold pattern of these three raptures in the “Breastplate of the High Priest,” in the “Seven Feasts of Israel,” in the books of “Daniel and Revelation,” in the books of “Matthew, Mark, and Luke,” and in many other places! In addition, these truths will strengthen the “Eternal Security” of any Believer. Finally, I have discovered many new “study aids” for advance studies that only appear in the KJB, which will strengthen the Christian for the ongoing battle for the Bible—The King James Bible, in which these study aids can and will be demonstrated throughout this Eight-Book Coded Series, by which these eight codes are based in Acts 3. The codes are there in this chapter; four times—in a four times over—repeating order—perfectly. This co

Rapture's Roadway by Virginia Jealous Pdf

After the death of her father, Lonely Planet writer Virginia Jealous travels across the world to document the life of his obsession – the scandalous 20th century poet Laurence Hope – in a unique blend of memoir and travelogue. John Jealous was sixty, and poet Laurence Hope had already been dead for eighty years when he became incomprehensibly obsessed with her. After his death, his daughter Virginia finds herself drawn into the extraordinary life and work of Laurence Hope – aka Violet Nicolson – who killed herself in Madras in 1904. Laurence Hope’s poetry, with its sexually adventurous themes, thrilled and scandalised the Empire in India and beyond. In the first years of the twentieth century she was the most famous poet in the world; by World War II she was forgotten. Following in the footsteps of her father, Virginia travels across Australia, India, England, Spain and China, tracking Laurence Hope’s life, and finding answers to, and further mysteries in, her father’s unfinished business. A unique blend of poetry, memoir and travelogue, Rapture’s Roadway untangles truth and lies and, where that’s not possible, celebrates the enigma of not knowing.
