Rita's Transformation by Rita Murray Pdf

Master manipulator, short-fuse angry, impatient, self-centred, controlling, and jealous. These are but a few of the adjectives Rita Murray uses to describe herself—until her transformation, that is. Can a person really change deeply-imbedded aspects of their personality? Traits that have been learned since childhood, practiced patterns of behaviour, is it possible to alter these so significantly that it is as if the person is reborn? In Rita’s Transformation the author, Rita Murray, outlines her life: what she was like, what happened to her, and what she is like today. Rita describes the incidents that warranted the changes she needed to make. Most changes came very slowly, although some were quick, but all were necessary and beneficial for Rita to have a better life and enjoy the time she has left before going Home. Some of the stories may seem funny now but at the time they were difficult—yet all were learning experiences. The author shares her understanding and advice on: • Where to go to get the right kind of help from the diseases of alcoholism and drug addiction • How to reframe one’s mind to think the right things in the right way and then to choose to act in a more positive manner • How to change to be a better person by getting to know Jesus Christ and how to follow Him by reading and studying the Bible and getting help from a spiritual leader. God has changed Rita to the point that she is not the person she was before she invited Him to come into her life and help her to be willing to change. Rita’s story has the power to motivate individuals to get help when they need to and find some of the happiness and peace that Rita has today.

Rita's People by Rita Watson Pdf

‘I am just an ordinary, everyday person who through no fault of my own at the age of forty had an out-of-body experience; from that moment I heard voices. At first I thought I was going mad, but on approaching a spiritual church was told by them that I had a special gift. I went on to learn through knowledge and understanding and joined a circle in the church which brought me to where I am today. I have people coming back to me asking how I do it. The answer I give is what my spiritual guide told me once: that to become a good medium you have either suffered in the life you have been given or illness overtakes you while you are on this earth. Trauma of this spills over into the part of the brain that we use while we are living; this spills onto the soul that we use when we pass over, giving us mediums the chance to communicate with the spirit world. Love is all around.’ Rita Watson

Penalty Strike by Alexander V. Pyl'cyn,????????? ?????????? ??????? Pdf

The focus of this book are the author's vivid memories of service as a company commander in a Red Army officers' penal battalion on the Eastern Front 1944-45. During this time, he and his unit participated in the 1944 Soviet summer offensive Operation 'Bagration', the Vistula-Oder operation into eastern Germany, and the final assault on Berlin. The stories of penal companies and battalions in the Red Army gave birth to legends about men who rushed to the attack across threat during the war, "I will send you to a penal battalion!" meant nothing to him. He was there. He was a platoon commander and later a commander of an officers' penal company. He was a senior lieutenant having a degraded regiment commander as a second-in-command. He and his company had to carry out the most difficult and dangerous operations in order to break through the enemy defenses. With more than 80% of the men lost his company succeeded in completing their missions. The horrors of war, the hand-to-hand fights with a desperately struggling enemy are described in this book along with a story of a strong feeling between the young officer and a hospital nurse Rita. Thanks to Alexander Rita was appointed a nurse in the penal battalion. She saved dozens of soldiers, carrying them from the battlefield under enemy fire. It was Rita who saved Alexander Pyl'cyn from death, when he was badly wounded near Berlin. She became his wife in the last months of the war. The author is brilliant at detailing the way of life and personal relations in the war. In this horrible slaughter cowardice and treason went side by side with friendship and heroism. In these inhuman conditions people remained as they were: they lived, they laughed, they loved. Key sales points: High-quality memoirs from Soviet soldiers who served on the Eastern Front are rare - rarer still are firsthand accounts of the Red Army's penal battalions / The author's intense and exciting style produces a fluid and highly-readable account of the brutal reality of war in the East during its most bitter final phase / Includes the author's experiences during the storming of Berlin 1945, and his battlefield romance with Rita, the battalion's nurse, and his future wife.minefields against German machine-guns with one rifle per three men. The author of this book knows from his own experience what a penal battalion is. A common

What Goes Around Comes Around by Effie L Jones-Robinson,Effie L. Jones-Robinson Pdf

I am not a celebrity or any other house hold name you could have heard about on the radio or TV. This is my first book. I have no other writing experience. One day as I was sitting in one of my sister's TV room wasting more of my time it dawn on me to write a book about my short hard life I had lived. For some reason I had the faith that this book would be in stores next to celebrities books. I guess it was because I really had a lot of faith that my book on my real life problems maybe would help someone to get some real help with similar issues before it would be too late. I am just a small town girl that has encountered a lifetime of problems by the age of 43, by my own doing mostly and some the devil helped me with, since I have been on God's Mysterious, challenging, unexpected and surprising earth. I will talk about the pain I endured when I was molested at the age of eleven by a close family friend. I lived through depression, anxiety and panic attacks that almost caused me to end my life on many occasions. I've battled mental and physical abuse by the hands of my ex-husband. I have been dealing with the unexpected death of my last man that had almost caused me to lose my mine. I battled the demon of drugs that could have ended my life with one puffing on crack cocaine along with a lot of health problems that could have caused me to have a stroke or heart attack. I hope and pray that my book will help someone; somehow to deal with their problems better than I did. I thank you for purchasing my first book with all my heart. There will be more books to come. ENJOY! GOD BLESS!

Unfinished Work by Joseph Coleman Pdf

"The forces driving the first decades of the 21st century--globalization, technology, and unprecedented wealth mixed with jarring economic instability--are pushing the day of retirement later and later in life. The era of the aging worker is here. From the rice paddies of Japan to the heart of the American rust-belt, veteran international correspondent Joseph Coleman takes readers inside the lives of aging workers, exploring the factories, offices, and fields where they toil and the societies in which they live, giving the reader a front-row seat to the global older worker revolution. Profiles of individuals bring to life Coleman's exploration of how the United States--along with many countries around the world--deal with the rise of aging workforces. Throughout these stories, the author gives advice on how societies can best benefit from and assist their increasingly older population. Readers will come to know: --Michel Wattree, a retired French trucker who has found a second life as an elementary school bus driver and still nurses dreams of driving America's storied Route 66. --The aging crew of Japan's Yamashita Kogyosho, where for half a century they have crafted the world's fastest trains with their bare hands and hammers, exemplifies Japan's adaptive employment strategies that have helped the country deal with one of the oldest demographic compositions in the world. --Rita Hall, an unemployed hospital worker from Akron, Ohio, who hopes that a job training program will save her from spending the rest of her golden years in poverty-a fear shared by many who will far outlive their retirement savings. Amidst the stories of how these works are working hard to adapt, Unfinished Work probes the struggles of companies either unable or unwilling to accommodate the aging of their workforces and the quandaries of governments and policymakers eager to control pension pay-outs to retiring boomers, yet unsure how to keep them on the job. What emerges is a compassionate but clear-eyed portrait of a world in themidst of a slow-motion aging revolution that will have vast consequences for present and coming generations"--
