Sacred Relationship by Anni Daulter,Tim Daulter Pdf

Sacred Relationship is a practical and spiritual guide and journal for couples to rekindle the love spark that started their fires and to maintain a steady heat for years to come. Following the format of Anni Daulter’s popular Sacred Series books, it is beautifully designed and illustrated, with chapters focusing on thirty-two weeks—each with meditations and exercises on topics that couples are likely to encounter on their journey together. Husband-and-wife team Anni and Tim Daulter offer both useful tips and creative ideas for enriching life together, and the weekly encounters provide couples with helpful information and thoughtful prompts for journaling that invite both members of the couple to take an intentional look at the relationship and adopt a practice of personal reflection and soul nourishment. As anyone in a long-term relationship knows, the intense high that accompanies the beginning of love can fade over time unless the relationship receives proper care and attention. Sacred Relationship shows how intentional love brings more happiness, deeper joy, and greater fulfillment than the initial love spell and can steer each member of the couple into more profound personal growth. The book serves as a toolkit with answers to a wide variety of relationship questions and as a handbook for crafting daily practices that will raise the vibration of the relationship. Parents will find solace in topics that shed light on maintaining loving relationships, sex, and passion once children join the family. Busy couples who want to discover more about themselves and each other, find soulful solutions to everyday issues, and nourish a healthy and happy relationship year after year will find an invaluable resource in this book.

The Laws of Nature for a Better Relationship by Christopher Walker Pdf

It's totally refreshing to find a book written by a bloke for blokes about blokes in love. This book is well overdue and women all over the world should be celebrating. At last a bloke talking about "evolve-ya-bastard" to men. What is great is the question and answer format. So, it's relevant and contextual. I mean he's taken questions from people and answered them in as short a space of page as could be imagined. I don't think he could have said less, but in this case, less is more. The chapter about "understanding others" is awesome too. Who would have thought that thousands of years ago people knew so much about the human constitution and how "different folks need different strokes" just from that alone, we can understand the dynamics between ourselves and others better and therefore, respect them more. The last chapter blew us away. Those two circles and the idea of being individual for more than 60% of our life yet, merging for 30% is sensational. It just makes being in love so much more fun. Partners all over the world will really laugh at this when they see how simple it can be. This is really life changing. As for the laws of nature: what genius. It is said that the most powerful teacher can make the most complex, simple. Brilliant understanding of the whole entire universe in five short laws, it's really unimaginable that it can be so ordered and perfect. So is this book. Sacred Cows by Danielle Teller,Astro Teller Pdf

A husband-and-wife doctor team offers fresh and startling perspective on one of our most cherished and misunderstood institutions. Drs. Astro and Danielle Teller know better than most that finding the right partner in life doesn’t always happen the first time around. Through their own divorces they learned how widely held cultural assumptions and misinformation that nobody thinks to question—what they refer to as “sacred cows”—create unnecessary heartache for people who are already suffering through a terrible time. Do you think, for example, that the divorce rate in the United States is rising? Or that children are harmed by divorce? Most people do, but it turns out that neither of these notions is supported by the data. Combining the rigor that has established them as leaders in their respective fields along with a dose of good-natured humor, the Tellers ask readers to take a fresh look at seven common sacred cows: the Holy Cow, the Expert Cow, the Selfish Cow, the Defective Cow, the Innocent Victim Cow, the One True Cow, and the Other Cow. This is not a book that is “for” marriage or “for” divorce, but “for” the freedom to decide how to live most honestly and happily either as part of a couple or a single person.

The Essential Spirit by Donald R. Koepke Pdf

Everyone who provides services to older adults believes in the biomedical model that addresses the body, mind, and spirit of their clients. On the whole, service providers--be they long-term care professionals, academics, social workers, program professionals, counselors, or even clergy--are quite adept at dealing with the body and the mind. But few understand the essential role of the client's spiritual perspective, which can enhance and make their services and ministries more effective. The Essential Spirit provides such a viewpoint: 1) by exploring a definition of spirituality that is inclusive of both religious and non-religious understandings; and 2) addressing the viewpoints of professionals from a variety of viewpoints. Recognizing that the experience of spirituality is personal and qualitative, The Essential Spirit adds another voice to the ongoing dialogue among professionals and clergy.

Sacred Instructions by Sherri Mitchell Pdf

A “profound and inspiring” collection of ancient indigenous wisdom for “anyone wanting the healing of self, society, and of our shared planet” (Peter Levine, author of Waking the Tiger: Healing Trauma). A Penobscot Indian draws on the experiences and wisdom of the First Nations to address environmental justice, water protection, generational trauma, and more. Drawing from ancestral knowledge, as well as her experience as an attorney and activist, Sherri Mitchell addresses some of the most crucial issues of our day—including indigenous land rights, environmental justice, and our collective human survival. Sharing the gifts she has received from the elders of her tribe, the Penobscot Nation, she asks us to look deeply into the illusions we have labeled as truth and which separate us from our higher mind and from one another. Sacred Instructions explains how our traditional stories set the framework for our belief systems and urges us to decolonize our language and our stories. It reveals how the removal of women from our stories has impacted our thinking and disrupted the natural balance within our communities. For all those who seek to create change, this book lays out an ancient world view and set of cultural values that provide a way of life that is balanced and humane, that can heal Mother Earth, and that will preserve our communities for future generations.
