Communicating Success Public Relations with an Italian Flair by Tiziana Rocca Pdf

Corporations large and small, political figures, artists, and organizations: all of them need public relations to make their products or services known, to stimulate interest in a brand name, or to build the right image. As a result, recognition of the importance of communications is steadily growing, and interest in working in the PR field is on the rise. But those who want to enter the profession can't forget that making a name for oneself takes skill, diplomacy, creativity, and well-focused training. In this lively guide, Tiziana Rocca, an undisputed public-relations leader, shares her approach and her vision for the profession. Rocca begins with a series of reflections on the nature and the goals of PR, then turns to an examination of key aspects of professionalism: service quality, relationships with clients, and the human values that must be reinforced on a day-to-day basis. A large section of the book is dedicated to issues related to marketing and publicity, to managing information, and to the profession's concrete aspects: the creation of successful events, the modern art of entertaining, practical work tools and strategies, and effective collaboration with coworkers and team members. Experience, ideas, guidelines, and tips: Rocca's guide is a decisive leg up for anyone who wants to stand out in the complex and diverse world of communications.

She Hears the Wind by Cheryl Knoll Pdf

My book is inspired by the wind. Sometimes it's as if the wind is trying to say something. It can be a powerful force to deal with. We like to control things, don't we? We like things calm, right? The wind is out of our control, and we find ways to deal with it.One night after midnight, I woke up and told myself I could hear the wind. I started writing in the dark, and I wrote some of the wind poems. I had conversations with people who said they had never seen the wind like this ever in their lives. I know what they mean. We can't forget that God is in control. Always has been, always will be. The wind--I decided to have fun with it.

Another Year, Another Poem by Frank P Gay Pdf

After four months of self quarantine, I find that I have already written enough for a normal one and a half to two year period. Since ‘GOOD’ poetry books are, by some definitions, slim, I had no choice but to start in on a new volume. It is a simple demand of the art to which we artists must bow. Also, I am curious as to how the rest of the year will go, productivity-wise, as some of my friends would say. I have noticed that the injunction I started with, Get off the Somber, has drifted a bit. It is also a chance to see if I can get back to upbeat adjustments. At least, part of the time. This volume is a combination of things. I intended to use my writing to try to keep an upbest attitude on the world. Sometimes it worked, other times my attitude sagged a bit. Mainly, it helped me see the world in a somewhat better light. It contains a variety of poetic forms because I find different types of poems fun and a challenge. Mainly, I hope that some will find them enjoyable, which, in my school of thought, isa good reason for reading poetry.

Follow Follow by Marilyn Singer Pdf

Now one of Booklist's 30 Best Books of the Year! "Genius!" – Wired.com “Marilyn Singer's verse in Follow Follow practically dances down each page . . . the effect is miraculous and pithy.” – The Wall Street Journal Once upon a time, Mirror Mirror, a brilliant book of fairy tale themed reversos–a poetic form in which the poem is presented forward and then backward–became a smashing success. Now a second book is here with more witty double takes on well-loved fairy tales such as Thumbelina and The Little Mermaid. Read these clever poems from top to bottom and they mean one thing. Then reverse the lines and read from bottom to top and they mean something else–it is almost like magic! A celebration of sight, sound, and story, this book is a marvel to read again and again.
