Serendipity by Sangi Pdf

These poems are a very personal collection. They represent the last fifteen years of my deeper subconscious thoughts and emotions. I faced the common teenage heartbreak, but it was not until later in my life that I really knew what true heartbreak was. Ironically, I did not write during these times. Some poems in this collection are directly related to specific true events, however so many of them I look at wonder--was it really me who wrote them? They take me by surprise even now. The content is almost cryptic to even those closest to me. My deepest, strongest feelings have been brought out in this collection. The poems are dated by year to create a story of the paths my emotional life took.

Surviving Serendipity by Lawrence J. Enders,Lawrence J. Enders M.D Pdf

This semblance of an autobiography was prompted by friends and family who were mesmerized by the amazing number of serendipitous events which so frequently dotted my life. I personally believe that most people have experienced some similar happenings. In my case, these happenings just seemed so remotely unlikely for someone whose original goal in life was to be a very stable, home-town physician. As the story will reveal, what actually transpired was a far cry from that! Unusual incidents and unusual people became the usual. The events in this book are real. They happened as they are portrayed, to the best of my recollections. The sequence of events is reasonably, chronologically correct. What was of enormous help was my considerable collection of memorabilia for me to reference. The names and places are all real, with the exceptions of the FBI Agent and my three Russian KGB acquaintances. Since I believe they are all still alive, it is prudent to not reveal their identities. I hope you will find these unusual, albeit real, experiences interesting.

Serendipity in Anthropological Research by Haim Hazan Pdf

Challenging the idea that fieldwork is the only way to gather data, and that standard methods are the sole route to fruitful analysis, Serendipity in Anthropological Research explores the role of fortune and happenstance in anthropology. It conceives of anthropological research as a lifelong nomadic journey of discovery in which the world yields an infinite number of unexplored issues and innumerable ways of studying them, each study producing its own questions and demanding its own methodologies. Drawing together the latest research from a team of senior scholars from around the world to reflect on the experience of research, Serendipity in Anthropological Research presents rich new case studies from Europe and the Middle East to examine both new and old questions in novel and enriching ways. An engaging examination of methodology and anthropological fieldwork, this book will appeal to all those concerned with writing ethnography.

A Serendipity Calls by Dianne Magor Pdf

A Serendipity Calls is a memoir celebrating the resiliency of the human spirit during life's challenges and uncertainties. Bob and Dianne were young and crazy in love, but a third entity "" the spectre of cancer "" tried to mar their joy. Despite wanting to live and dream about a future much like other young couples, it seemed their path was already paved, and it was nothing close to what they dreamed of. In the face of tragedy, Bob and Dianne were determined to embrace life, be grateful, and fight for the future they wanted together. They had to learn how to find joy amidst turmoil, keep their sense of humour when things were difficult, and support each other through the greatest challenge of their young lives. Time was precious and they weren't going to waste it. Among the losses, trauma, and fear of what was ahead, serendipities of life gave them the strength to keep moving forward. If ever they had to say goodbye, there would be no regrets.
