The book begins with devotionals on love from a Biblical perspective that can help a couple be closer to God and also to one another. The type of love discussed with questions after each day sets the mood for intimacy that will last. This is the same book as Becoming One Flesh Volume 1 by the same author as he desired to make a black and white version that was cheaper.
