Stalker's Luck by Chris Strange Pdf

EVEN AT THE END, JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED. The Eleda system is dying. Cut off from the rest of humanity, the ancient machines that keep the colonies alive are breaking down, one by one. Bounty hunter Eddie Gould intends to write the tales of the system’s last days with a pen in one hand and a gun in the other. Alongside his partner, ex-revolutionary Dominique, Eddie hunts a fugitive through the flickering neon and crippled life support systems of a doomed space station. But a dark secret lies hidden in the space station’s twisting depths, a secret that will make Eddie question everything he thinks he knows about his past. And in this place, truth and justice are only found at the end of a gun. Hard, fast, and brutal, Stalker's Luck is a stylish retro-future tale of sin and desperation at the edge of space.

Sweetie-Baby by Sereena Nightshade Pdf

Sweetie Baby Sweetie Baby features material from 2000 and thereafter, primarily from year 2000 to mid-2003 and then onward through 2004, etc. (as dated). This material includes informal essays, journal type entry letters and poetry describing the years this writer was terrorized by a primarily covert stalker. Additional tips and resource information has been collected and included herein. Stalking victims and support sources for victims are encouraged to seek education, tips and information from more than one venue. Additionally, victims and those who are within those victims lives are cautioned that stalking is a long-term act of domestic terrorism, an unrecognized war-zone, in which a typically untrained, unprepared victim is drafted by force into being a sort of Special Forces soldier. A Stalkers terrorism and attack patterns are frequently highly obsessive, repetitive and bizarre. This book explains a lot of the why and how the average covert stalkers mind functions. In addition, Sweetie-Baby reveals all the details never exposed in this books written predecessors, The Visage and House of Sorrows. The ideal series of reading material includes three out of the four books in this series: 1) The Visage or House or Sorrows. Most readers prefer The Visage. 2) Sweetie Baby. 3) Black Market. In review of all three books what was once in a sense truly a cover-up, that which persisted for nearly a decade, is clearly shattered. Readers could be well advised to view a lot of Sweetie-Baby as almost a "Dear Diary," collection of material writter by a stalking victim while she was stalked. The material has not been altered to change that first hand real time impression of when and where it was written. The authenticity of time and place is intact. The Sereena Nightshade that drifts out of the end of this obscured tunnel of stealth is the same innocent drafted warrior who should have never been a soldier at all; however, the layers of what she tried to maneuver and protect are mind blowing. Names of individuals in all of this authors books are fictitious names. Real names are not revealed. Review by Dominic. Sereena Nightshade Trivia: 1) Favorite musician: Sixto Rodriguez. A) Album sample, Cold Fact.

Kathleen Hale Is a Crazy Stalker by Kathleen Hale Pdf

In this provocative essay collection, the author “leans into her roles as both victim and predator [with] prose that’s casual and cool and often funny” (The New York Times). In six wide-ranging essays, Kathleen Hale traces some of the most treacherous fault lines in modern America—from sexual assault to Internet trolling, from environmental illness to our own animal nature. From hunting wild hogs in Florida to a standoff with an anonymous blogger, Hale takes no prisoners and fears no subject. “First I Got Pregnant. Then I Decided to Kill the Mountain Lion” recounts the month Hale spent tracking a wild cat in the Hollywood Hills while pregnant. “Prey” tells the troubling story of her sexual assault as a freshman in college. Through these and other essays, Hale wields razor-sharp wit, deep empathy, and daring honesty, even in detailing some of the most difficult moments of her life.

[Re]Awakenings by Alison Buck,Neil Faarid,Gingerlily,Robin Moran,PR Pope,Alexander Skye,Peter Wolfe Pdf

Expect a life-changing experience[Re]Awakenings are the starting points for life-changing experiences; a new plane of existence, an alternate reality or cyber-reality. This genre-spanning anthology of new speculative fiction explores that theme with a spectrum of tales, from science fiction to fantasy to paranormal; in styles from clinically serious to joyfully silly. As you read through them all, and you must read all of them, you will discover along the way that stereo-typical distinctions between the genres within speculative fiction are often arbitrary and unhelpful. You will be taken on an emotional journey through a galaxy of sparkling fiction; you will laugh, you will cry; you will consider timeless truths and contemplate eternal questions. All of life is within these pages, from birth to death (and in some cases beyond). In all of these stories, most of them specifically written for this anthology, the short format has been used to great effect. If you haven'¿¿t already heard of some of these authors, you soon will as they are undoubtedly destined to become future stars in the speculative fiction firmament. Remember, you read them here first!

Condemned youth on Pangaea quickly learn they have no rights – and almost no memory. In the boys’ prison, twelve-year-old Mark retains a feeling that he was not guilty - a hope that keeps him alive. Escaping the enforcers, he must keep ahead of them as he attempts to uncover his past, and discover his innocence. Encountering pieces of his lost past, Mark learns that appeals are virtually unprecedented on Pangaea, and the enforcers never relent. Mark faces impossible odds and almost an entire planet’s police force determined to send him back to prison, regardless of the facts. Pangaea begins the tale of a boy with a lost past, whose escape triggers events that may forever change the world – and his destiny.

Wolds' Old Ways by Florence Hopper Pdf

'This book will bring back old times, take care of it,' wrote Florence Hopper, freelance journalist, in the front of her cuttings book. Found in the depths of a dark cupboard crawled into by her niece, after her aunt died, and now edited by her, it is a fascinating read.At first it was kept safe for the family to enjoy. Starting early in the 1930s the cuttings are a verbatim record of life in a busy market town and on the Wolds farms it served, including some on fishing disputes between onshore fishermen from rival East Coast towns, where the Wolds meet the sea with precipitous cliffs. The cuttings have been arranged in sections according to subject, each one being chronological; sheep farming, including lambing and shearing, the inevitable problems with weather, and some amusing conversations between farm-hands in dialect overheard by Florence when at Driffield cattle market are all in the farming section. She visited haunted houses in the winter of 1937, interviewing the owners who lived in them. The communities and children's sections, which include readers' comments quoted from letter written direct to the columnist, give us a picture of a wide and lively community which was changed completely by the outbreak of war in September 1939.
