No other object mentioned in the annals of ancient history and mythology has so stirred the imagination of amateur archaeologists as the ship known to us as Noah's ark. In The Ark File, the author has traced the almost unbelievable tale of research and frustration that has accompanied the modern search for it. Is the story of Noah's ark and the Flood a mere myth, or is it possibly the agonizing account of a survivor of the greatest tragedy ever to befall mankind? This book presents the answers connected with this age-old mystery.

Fans of Dan Brown, Clive Cussler and Ernest Dempsey will devour this in hours! While THE ARK FILES has loads of conflict, chase scenes, fighting and suspense, there's no swearing, sex or gore. What USA Today, New York Times, and Amazon Bestselling authors think of Luke Richardson's writing: "Luke Richardson writes stories the way artists were meant to, by immersing themselves in scenes so that the reader feels like they are in the room with the characters." ERNEST DEMPSEY "Richardson redefines the genre, but in a VERY good way. Skip this one at your peril!" NICK THACKER "Luke Richardson has a unique way of transporting you to the locations in his books and dropping you right into the mess with his characters." TY HUTCHINSON

View from the Ark Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle

About the Book View from the Ark is a groundbreaking book documenting the work of American researcher, David Fasold, and what is today believed to be the authentic site of Noah’s Ark. Fasold’s extensive scientific work was the basis for the Turkish government’s official and only declaration that Noah’s Ark has been found. The site lies in the mountains of Ararat, near the Turkish village of Dogubayazit. This area is now designated as a national park, and the ark site designated in the Turkish as “Nuhun Gemisi” is now a national treasure. Fasold was formerly with the United States Merchant Marines and had traveled the world. He later spent years operating a successful salvaging business in Florida exploring sunken ships and aircraft and was a close friend of the legendary Mel Fisher. Fasold brought his comprehensive nautical skills and understanding of fluid dynamics together with his knowledge of ancient cultures. He then used new technology to answer old questions. He used a molecular frequency generator, and later, ground-penetrating radar, a technology formerly used in projects by NASA. But it was his keen ability to put the pieces together into a coherent whole that brought his work to the attention of the world. Recognized by Turkey’s High Commission for Noah’s Ark, and under the direction of Dr. Salye Baraktutan of Ataturk University in Erzerum, Turkey, Fasold was the only non-Turkish person ever allowed to sit as a member of the commission.

Creation: "Behold, it was very good." Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle

Author Richard A. Schaefer is a lifelong communicator, fascinated by stories and, like any good journalist, digs for the facts and verifies sources, exploring nagging questions such as "Is creation or evolution more credible, based on science and expert opinions?" This book truly represents a personal passion of looking at all sides of the CREATION vs. EVOLUTION issue. He has called on many experts and theorists-including Charles Darwin himself. Surprisingly, Darwin was far more skeptical of his own theories than are many PhDs today, and admitted to significant holes in his logic. Read for yourself, as great thinkers explore the pros and cons of both theories and their variants.

The Orcadian File Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle

Stephen “Monty” Montgomery is a lonely city-based defence lawyer; who despite being skilled in legal debate, is nowhere near being offered a partnership by his firm when he is faced with compelling evidence of an age-old supernatural struggle between celestial entities and their arcane human disciples, forcing him to rapidly adjust his theological beliefs. Monty soon finds himself called upon to represent ex-police officer Christopher Forsyth. Forsyth had been involved in investigating an alleged paedophile ring among the Edinburgh establishment which resulted in his commanding officer being gunned down in the street. Monty’s new client has since been railroaded out of the police and finds himself in their custody on a trumped-up murder charge. Finding themselves opposed by a faceless conspiracy that is politically ambitious and prepared to destroy anything that gets in its way, the defence team will need every gram of their ability to get Forsyth off the hook. What Monty hasn’t reckoned upon, however, is being brought face to face with an immortal enemy – one more diabolical, cunning, and dangerous than any human conspirator. Martone revives his haunting Kertamen tale with this vividly compelling and politically astute thriller, which is littered with moral complexity and legal intrigue. Told with ceaseless imagination through a rapid and intense narrative, The Orcadian File effortlessly meanders between ancient and contemporary judicial mischief.

Other Souths Book in PDF, Epub and Kindle

Other Souths collects fifteen innovative essays that place issues of race, class, gender, ethnicity, and sexuality at the center of the narrative of southern history. Using a range of methodologies and approaches, contributing historians provide a fresh perspective to key events and move long-overlooked episodes into prominence. Pippa Holloway edited the volume using a chronological and event-driven framework with which many students and teachers will be familiar. The book covers well-recognized topics in American history: wars, reform efforts, social movements, and political milestones. Cultural topics are considered as well, including the development of consumer capitalism, the history of rock and roll, and the history of sport. The focus and organization of the essays underscore the value of southern history to the larger national narrative. Other Souths reveals the history of what may strike some as a surprisingly dynamic and nuanced region--a region better understood by paying closer and more careful attention to its diversity.
