He returned to Anaheim near the beginning of March and remained there until the beginning of April, at which time he went again to Taipei for about two months. At the beginning of June he returned to Anaheim and, except for a brief visit to Berkeley, California, at the end of August, he remained in Anaheim until the end of September. The contents of this volume are divided into seven sections, as follows: 1. Seven messages given in Anaheim, California, on January 6 through September 22. These messages are included in this volume under the title Various Lord's Day Meetings in Anaheim. 2. Eight messages given in Taipei, Taiwan, on January 22 through 25. These messages were previously published in Chinese and English in a book entitled The Proper Aggressiveness of the Lord's Serving Ones. They are included in this volume under the same title. 3. Eight messages given in Taipei, Taiwan, on January 28 through February 1. These messages were previously published in Chinese and English in a book entitled The Fullness of God. They are included in this volume under the same title. 4. Five messages given in Taipei, Taiwan, on April 8 through 12. The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1968, volume 2, contains messages given by Brother Witness Lee from August 6 through December 29, 1968. As mentioned in the preface to volume 1, from late July through the middle of November, Brother Lee visited the Far East. From July 25 through August 22 he was in Taiwan, where he was joined by over one hundred forty brothers and sisters from the United States and Canada, along with some saints from Brazil, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Denmark, and West Germany. He then visited Manila, Philippines; Singapore; Jakarta, Indonesia; and Hong Kong. There is no record of his speaking in any of these places. He returned to Taipei in late September, where he remained until early November. Subsequently, he visited Toyama and Tokyo, Japan, before returning to Los Angeles in the middle of the month. There is no record of his speaking in Japan. He remained in Los Angeles for two weeks and then visited San Francisco, California; Vancouver, Canada; and Seattle, Washington, during the next two weeks. There is no record of his speaking in Vancouver or Seattle. Brother Lee remained in Los Angeles from mid-December until the end of the year. The contents of this volume are divided into eleven sections, as follows: 1. Twelve messages given during a training for young people in Taipei, Taiwan, on August 6 through 10. These messages were published previously in Chinese under the title The Lord's Recovery and the Fulfillment of God's Desire. The last two spoken messages were combined. 2. Nine messages given in co-workers' and elders' meetings in Taipei, Taiwan, on August 13 through 17, and in a farewell meeting on August 22. They are included in this volume under the title Turning to the Age of the Spirit. 3. Three messages given to the co-workers and elders in Taiwan in August and September. These messages are included in this volume under the title Fighting for the Truth. 4. Ten messages given in Taipei, Taiwan. The first seven messages were given in island-wide elders' meetings in late September, and the subsequent two messages were given in a church meeting on November 3 and a service meeting on November 4, respectively. The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1985, volume 5, contains messages and fellowship given by Brother Witness Lee on October 22, 1985, through April 16, 1990. At the beginning of October Brother Lee traveled to Taipei, Taiwan, and ministered there until the first week of December. During this period he visited Singapore and Manila, Philippines, for about one week. Brother Lee spent the last few weeks of December in Irving, Texas. The contents of this volume are divided into five sections, as follows: 1. Twelve messages given in Taipei, Taiwan, on October 22 through December 6, 1985. These messages were previously published in Chinese and English under the title Vessels Useful to the Lord. They are included in this volume under the same title. 2. Seven messages given in Singapore on November 12 through 14, 1985. These messages were previously published in Chinese and English in a book entitled Speaking for God. They are included in this volume under the same title. 3. Six messages given in Manila, Philippines, on November 16 through 18, 1985. These messages were translated from Chinese and are included in this volume under the title All Saints Speaking for the Lord--the Normal Way to Meet and Increase. 4. Nine messages given in Taipei, Taiwan, on December 6, 1985, through April 16, 1990. These messages were previously published in Chinese and English in a book entitled The Mystery of the Universe and the Meaning of Human Life. They are included in this volume under the same title. 5. Ten messages given in Anaheim, California, and Irving, Texas, on December 20, 1985, through February 14, 1986. The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1975-1976, volume 2, contains messages given by Brother Witness Lee from August 26 through December 30, 1975. Brother Lee remained in Taipei, Taiwan, until September 11, 1975, after which he traveled to Seoul, Korea, and Tokyo, Japan. There is no record of his speaking in the latter two cities. In mid-September he returned to Anaheim, California, and at the end of September he ministered in Berkeley, California. He then returned to Anaheim and ministered there until mid-November, whereupon he visited San Diego, California, and returned to Anaheim until the end of the third week in November. At the end of the month he gave a weekend conference in Dallas, Texas, and he returned to Anaheim in early December and remained there until the end of 1976. The contents of this volume are divided into twelve sections, as follows: 1. Seven messages given in Chinese in Taipei, Taiwan, on August 19 through 26, 1975. They were previously published in Chinese and English in a book entitled The Central Vision for Serving the Church. 2. Two messages given in Chinese in Taipei, Taiwan, on August 26 through 31, 1975. They were previously published in Chinese in a book entitled The Testimony of Jesus Christ--the Church in Revelation. 3. Five messages given in Chinese in Taipei, Taiwan, on August 27 through 30, 1975. They were previously published in Chinese and English in a book entitled Serving in the Flow of the Age. 4. One message given in Chinese in Taipei, Taiwan, on September 1, 1975. It is included in this volume under the title The Proper Exercise of the Young People in the Church. 5. Ten messages given in Chinese in Taipei, Taiwan, on September 1 through 5, 1975. They were previously published in Chinese and English in a book entitled The Revelation of the Mystery. 6. Two messages given in Berkeley, California, on September 27 and 28, 1975. The contents of these messages were taken from personal notes taken by one of the attendees. These messages are included in this volume under the title Miscellaneous Messages in Berkeley. 7. One message given in Anaheim, California, on October 10, 1975. This message was originally published in a separate booklet entitled The Revelation of the Triune God according to the Pure Word of the Bible and is included in this volume under the same title. It was later published together with What a Heresy--Two Divine Fathers, Two Life-giving Spirits, and Three Gods! (see The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1975-1976, vol. 3) in a two-chapter book entitled Contending for the Faith: the Truth concerning the Trinity. 8. One message given in San Diego, California, on November 15, 1975. It is published in this volume under the title Needing a Proper Heart and Spirit for the Church. 10. Eight messages given in Dallas, Texas, on November 27 through 30, 1975. They were previously published in six chapters in volume 15, numbers 1 and 2 of The Stream magazine in a series entitled "The Lord's Recovery." 11. Four messages given in Anaheim, California, on December 18 and 19, 1975. These messages are included in this volume under the title The Basic Item of the Lord's Recovery Being Life, and the Issue of the Lord's Recovery Being the Body. 12. Three messages given in Anaheim, California, on December 30, 1975. They were previously published in a book entitled The Church--the Reprint of the Spirit.
