The Eternity Beyond The Triple Helix by Victor G. Henigan Pdf

Victor Henigan takes us on a unique journey from our world, down into the micro world of the atom, and beyond into the very realm of the architectural source of creation and on to Eternity. The Triple Helix published in the year 2000, is reviewed and visionary corrections are made based on NASA's 'WMAP' space probe. Following, he moves to define string theory at a level that is unique and quite understandable. Presenting a number of proofs for his farsighted prediction's, he follows with a sacred visionary writing that was written some fifty years ago, ending in eternity itself. Author Henigan, now in his eighties, is retired following a sixty year carrier in church music, during which he served many churches in the San Francisco bay area' sometimes as choir director, other times as organist, and many times as tenor soloist. For seven years in the sixties, as choir director at the Woodside Road United Methodist Church, he produced two beautiful recording albums of sacred music, 'Revelation' and 'Glory.' In addition to his church carrier, he was a member of the Orpheum Male Chorus, for ten years, and tenor soloist for the Sonoma County Men's Chorus, during the lifetime of the chorus under its founder. His musical studies include nine years of piano, one year of organ, and seven years of voice. In this effort we realize, as stated in 'The Witness of The Animation' that: All creation is housed within and upon a structure which in its true and pure existence is not given to structural form. The natural activity within and upon this existence is divine residence. That which exists within it in a state of natural activity is so flexible that it no longer remains in structural form. That which exists within it in a state of unnatural activity is in structural form. Man is in the image, or unnatural structural form, while God is in the natural existence.

The Triple Helix: The Soul of Bioethics by L. Bellantoni Pdf

Lisa Bellantoni argues that contemporary bioethics divides into two logically incommensurable positions: a cult of rights, which identifies the worth of human life with our autonomy, and a cult of life, which identifies human worth with the possession of a soul, and thereby, of human dignity.

Triple Helix by Lauren Burns Pdf

'Now you're over twenty-one and back from overseas, I've decided it's time to tell you something.'When Lauren Burns learns she is donor conceived she begins a turbulent journey to discover the identity of her biological father. Battling outdated legislation and a medical culture of silence, she enters a political campaign to pass world-first laws overturning decades of donor anonymity. She must also grapple with the radical rewriting of her history and sense of identity when she finally finds her biological father and discovers she's part of a well-known Australian family. Lauren's extraordinary story traverses the many moral and legislative dilemmas of assisted reproductive technology: the rights of the child and the donor, and the strange terrain to be navigated if and when the two parties ever meet. More than a memoir, Triple Helix is also a detective drama and a critical examination of the fertility industry. It will open eyes, hearts and minds to the complexities of donor-assisted conception from the other side of the crib.

The Triple Helix by Victor G. Henigan Pdf

Music invades the micro-world of physics: - Entering the back door of physics, musician Vic Henigan harmonically defines the true nature of the unison 'Equivalence' that makes everything in reality dual, including time itself. The dual nature of everything in the world not only includes time, that is expressed in terms of 'Space' and 'Ring' time, but provides the central foundation of a new theory that is a logical explanation for the missing mass in the universe. On its journey through the vortex of black holes, waste matter is harmonically inverted from a positive world into a negative accretion disk, forming the rings of the universe and a new concept on eternity and the ultimate fate of creation. A fascinating look at the interior and exterior worlds of physics and music. A work of pure discovery as we follow the author in the formulating of a group of postulations leading to the ultimate theory of everything. A work written at the primary level of comprehension in accord with the natural complexity of both music and the micro-world, that addresses the deep rooted questions underlying the theory of everything. A living approach to the study of creation, this study looks inside the architecture of matter and humanities highest form of expression; music. Defines the diatonic atoms indefinable electron with a logarithmic harmonic theory that moves science to the very threshold of 'The Holy Grail Of Physics.' A work of great discovery, one almost feels as if these postulations have already been confirmed by scientific experimentation and are already a part of our everyday reality. We expect to control gravity, generate artificial life forms and create new universes tomorrow or certainly by the day after that.

Bodies in Pain by Tarja Laine Pdf

The films of Darren Aronofsky invite emotional engagement by means of affective resonance between the film and the spectator’s lived body. Aronofsky’s films, which include a rich range of production from Requiem for a Dream to Black Swan, are often considered “cerebral” because they explore topics like mathematics, madness, hallucinations, obsessions, social anxiety, addiction, psychosis, schizophrenia, and neuroscience. Yet this interest in intelligence and mental processes is deeply embedded in the operations of the body, shared with the spectator by means of a distinctively corporeal audiovisual style. Bodies in Pain looks at how Aronofsky’s films engage the spectator in an affective form of viewing that involves all the senses, ultimately engendering a process of (self) reflection through their emotional dynamics.

Imagenation by José Van Dijck Pdf

Genetics seems more popular then ever. DNA technology not only sustains large areas of biomedicine and business, but also prevails in social and legal practices and takes root in cultural products. Since the late 1950s, the public image of genetics metamorphosed from a suspect branch of research into a thriving, well-funded field of biomedicine. Images and imaginations have played a crucial role in the popularization of genetic knowledge. The media played up images of engineered bugs, scientists promoted images of selfish genes and science fiction writers infested the imagination with stories of cloned monsters. Imag e nation examines the role of science, journalism and fiction in the popularization of genetics.

Green Witness by Laura Ruth Yordy Pdf

Green Witness is a work in theological ethics, addressed primarily to theologians and seminarians, but also to clergy and church study groups. Yordy approaches the topic of Christian environmental work not from the perspective of a global crisis that must be solved, but from the perspective of God's promise of the Kingdom. She argues that Christians can and should work for the wholeness of the biophysical environment whether or not their efforts bear immediate visible fruit, because God always welcomes and makes good use of faithful discipleship. This is good news to religious environmentalists who have grown weary of struggling to "make a difference" amid ever-louder announcements of environmental destruction. The eschaton is clearly a realm of interspecies peace, abundance, and diversity, and part of the church's mission is to demonstrate these aspects of God's plan for the world, although only God can and will consummate the Kingdom.

Knowledge And Civilization by Barry Allen Pdf

Offers a new, original way of framing questions about knowledge. Knowledge and Civilization advances detailed criticism of philosophy's usual approach to knowledge and describes a redirection, away from textbook problems of epistemology, toward an ecological philosophy of technology and civilization. Rejecting theories that confine knowledge to language or discourse, Allen situates knowledge in the greater field of artifacts, technical performance, and human evolution. His wide ranging considerations draw on ideas from evolutionary biology, archaeology, anthropology, and the history of cities, art, and technology.

Creative Evolution by Amit Goswami Pdf

By denying evolution altogether, says quantum physicist Amit Goswani, intelligent design believers fly in the face of scientific data. But the idea of intelligent design does contain substance that neo-Darwinists cannot ignore. Goswani posits that consciousness, not matter, is the primary force in the universe. Biology must come to terms with feeling, meaning, and the purposefulness of life, as well as with the idea of a designer. What’s more, reconciling the question of life’s purposefulness and the existence of the designer with neo-Darwinism also answers many other difficult questions. The result is a paradigm shift for biology and the vision of a coherent whole that Goswami calls "science within consciousness." In this timely, important book, the author offers clear arguments supported by the findings of quantum physics that represent a major step in resolving controversies between science and religion.

The Knowledge-based Economy by Loet Leydesdorff Pdf

"Challenging, theoretically rich yet anchored in detailed empirical analysis, Loet Leydesdorff's exploration of the dynamics of the knowledge-economy is a major contribution to the field. Drawing on his expertise in science and technology studies, systems theory, and his internationally respected work on the 'triple helix', the book provides a radically new modelling and simulation of knowledge systems, capturing the articulation of structure, communication, and agency therein. This work will be of immense interest to both theorists of the knowledge-economy and practitioners in science policy." Andrew Webster Science & Technology Studies, University of York, UK ________________________________________ "This book is a ground-breaking collection of theory and techniques to help understand the internal dynamics of the modern knowledge-based economy, including issues such as stability, anticipation, and interactions amongst components. The combination of theory, measurement, and modelling gives the necessary power with which to address the complexity of modern networked social systems. Each on its own would partly illuminate an innovation system, but the combination sheds a far brighter light." Mike Thelwall Information Science, University of Wolverhampton, UK ________________________________________ "The sociologist Niklas Luhmann is considered one of the few social scientists possibly able to explain a decisive event once it has happened. In this book, Loet Leydesdorff answers the challenge to take Luhmann's analysis one step further by introducing anticipation into the theory. This book provides a fascinating exploration of the use of recursion and incursion to model social processes." Dirk Baecker Sociology, Universität Witten/Herdecke, Germany ________________________________________ How can an economy based on something as volatile as knowledge be sustained? The urgency of improving our understanding of a knowledge-based economy provides the context and necessity of this study. In a previous study entitled A Sociological Theory of Communications: The Self-Organization of the Knowledge-based Society (2001) the author specified knowledge-based systems from a sociological perspective. In this book, he takes this theory one step further and demonstrates how the knowledge base of an economic system can be operationalized, both in terms of measurement and by providing simulation models.
