The Lord and The Weedpatcher by Samuel D. G. Heath Ph. D. Pdf

Throughout my life The Lord has been my constant guide and companion; and along the way I have found He has a sense of humor, some of which I disclose in these pages. Another thing; no matter how far I have drifted from the straight and narrow The Lord remained with me along with attending angels and love does indeed cover a multitude of sins. I can only account for my having lived as long as I have on this basis. The reader will understand what I mean once getting into this book. Along my journey with the Lord I discovered many things, one of them being Einstein's famous equation E=MC2 is incomplete because it does not account for life and death, yet these remain the two greatest mysteries they have ever been denying us thus far a "theory of everything." Some years ago I removed from the greater part of society to live in semi-seclusion alone with my books and thoughts in a quiet part of the Sequoia National Forest devoting myself to contemplation, speculating about many things and committing my thoughts in writing fulltime. As a writer and author given to much introspection and fascinated by human behavior, nature, and our universe it was important to me to simplify my life as much as possible as anyone given to philosophical speculation about many things must. That much of my writing covers some metaphysical thoughts about God, angels and demons, an afterlife and Biblical stories of origins, of prophecies of the End Times and so much more have been absorbing studies as well and I freely share my thoughts about these in this volume.

Democratic Communications by James Frederick Hamilton Pdf

This is the first book to take issue with the long-standing assumptions about alternative media and democratic communications and place them in a detailed cultural and historical context. Ranging from prophecy in sixteenth-century England to the self-managed projects of critical literacy and social change of today, it assesses the historical heritage, present conditions, and future possibilities of today's remade media landscape for democratic communications.

Against the Church by Douglas Wilson Pdf

In Against the Church, longtime pastor Douglas Wilson takes a hammer to some of our very favorite graven images, and (surprise, surprise) we've set up display cases for most of them in our churches: Liturgy, Tradition, Systematics, infant Baptism, and that crafty old Baal Doctrine. Alongside a critique of philosophical assumptions about human nature, dualism, and grace, Wilson stresses the unavoidable and absolute necessity of individual hearts being born again. He concludes by laying out the case for the church. This isn't contradictory, though--the only way to be effectually for the church is to master the case against it. After all, God Himself is the ultimate iconoclast.

God's Grand Design by William R. Arnold Pdf

God's Grand Design By: William R. Arnold, Edited by Ms. Aurora Payad-Arnold God’s Grand Design is to restore mankind to its original state of sacred perfection after Adam and Eve fell and created the original sin of disobedience, hiding, and lying to the Lord. When God cursed the serpent for tempting Adam and Eve to be like God, he promised to send his only begotten Son to save humanity. He did via the incarnate word in the womb of the immaculately conceived Virgin Mary. God wants to be man and receive a new body to defeat death through Jesus Christ. Man wants to become God to receive eternal life. Man’s journey to become God starts from being an ignorant baby gaining knowledge, to a cowardly teenager obtaining courage, to an adult converting greed to generosity, to a wise man changing selfishness to unselfishness, and at last, to a free man able to think for himself in eternal service to God in his kingdom. The journey requires him to know right from wrong, good from evil, and God’s will from man’s will and thus defeat evil, worldly temptations, and demonic possession. Through Christ, God and man are destined to become one through three advents, making the God/Man Christ into the new human spirit (blessings). Then, the Man/God Jesus becomes the new human flesh to make all things perfect in the sight of God. Jesus Christ came as a priest on a donkey to decode the Torah, bring knowledge, and remove blindness to defeat sin. By his death and resurrection, he granted free redemption to man’s flesh to give him a new body. The second coming of Jesus Christ as thief in the night will bring awakening to remove deafness by teaching God’s truths to defeat evil. As a just judge on a cloud on his third advent, the Lord will remove mankind’s dumbness to defeat death. And then man can become worthy of receiving God’s rewards of paradise in heaven or heaven on earth.

The American Poet by Samuel D. G. Heath, PhD Pdf

Awarded an American Legion Scholarship I am also an award winning author and have published numerous articles and books. Having attended several colleges and universities eventually earning my Ph. D. in Human Behavior I hold several life credentials in education earned during many years as an educator together with years spent working in the Aerospace Industry and other occupations. But to call Einstein’s famous equation E=MC2 incomplete because it does not account for life and death does seem quite extraordinary, yet these remain the two greatest mysteries they have ever been denying us thus far a “theory of everything.” Something animates life and departs with death, but what this “something” is not all our science has yet discovered, though things like the Large Hadron Collider may provide needed insight, and it has been in the pursuit of knowledge about these two greatest mysteries that has compelled me into so many varied academic studies and careers attempting to make sense of the world and our place in it and how people think and deal with the issues of life and death philosophically, religiously, and politically. The things I have discovered along the way compelled me to much research and speculation about these mysteries and how they impact our lives, to communicate my thoughts about them to share with others in a daily journal and posted to my website and provided in book format each year. These writings are of importance in an increasingly dangerous world with a most uncertain future due to so much corruption, ineptitude and lack of accountability in our own government as well as that of others, the abject failure of our schools due to the very same things especially the same lack of accountability we find in government, the religious and political hatreds with protracted wars worldwide and little to give hope for world peace I believed my articles about these important enough to publish in book format. But to call Einstein's famous equation E=MC2 incomplete because it does not account for life and death does seem quite extraordinary, yet these remain the two greatest mysteries they have ever been denying us thus far a "theory of everything." The title of this book: "Hey, God! What went wrong and when are You going to fix it?" is a perfectly legitimate question and one that often comes to the minds of most of us. We know something animates life and departs with death, but what this "something" is not all our science has yet discovered, though things like the Large Hadron Collider may provide needed insight, and it has been in the pursuit of knowledge about these two greatest mysteries that has compelled me into so many varied academic studies and careers attempting to make sense of the world and our place in it and how people think and deal with the issues of life and death philosophically, religiously, and politically. The things I have discovered along the way compelled me to much research and speculation about these mysteries and how they impact our lives, to communicate my thoughts about them to others. But there are many things, some of them terribly wrong which we wish God would intervene and set right and question why He does not. Some years ago I removed from the greater part of society to live in semi-seclusion alone with my books and thoughts in a quiet part of the Sequoia National Forest devoting myself to contemplation, speculating about many things and committing my thoughts in writing fulltime. Healing His Wounded Church by John Black Pdf

Healing His Wounded Church exposes the "roots" of the problems in the Catholic Church, and brings fresh thinking to bear for "laying the axe" to those "roots." It is plainspoken, authentically Catholic, and rich in content. Having a vision of healing come from the spiritual journey of a common layman provides new and innovative thinking. It serves a pressing need in today's Church. Couples have been led into sinful practices in their marriages. Two generations no longer know their Faith. Few understand the spiritual life and how to pray. This formation is presented with practical simplicity for clergy and "lay apostles", as well as for couples and families. It leans heavily on John Paul II's "Theology of The Body" and teachings on family and spiritual life. There are several deeply personal "surprises" included, which are an inspiration. According to the author, Catholic Culture has run aground and must rise from the ashes of Pagan Modernism spawned in a "camp of death." The book calls for fidelity to Christ and to the teachings of his Church. Only the salve of Truth will "Heal His Wounded Church" setting us free from sin and error."

Birds With Broken Wings by Samuel D. G. Heath Pdf

A lovely bookstore owner asked me why she should read this book? I explained that in writing this book, I undertook a purposeful investigation leading where angels (and all good Baptists) fear to tread. It was during this attempt at explanation the picture formed in my mind of addressing an auditorium full of women. My opening remark to them is: 'Women hunger and thirst for romance. What is it that men want?" The entire audience responds with a resounding chorus in unison with one word: 'SEX!" I then ask: 'No, really ladies, what do men really want?" Again, with a single voice the chorus returns, loudly: 'SEX!" Seeing that I am getting nowhere fast I decide to try a new tack. I ask: 'Please, ladies, as a Romantic, a Poet, what do I, as a man, want?" Back it comes: 'SEX!" There is a definite mind set at work here. Okay, honestly, as a Romantic, a Poet, what do I want from a woman: SEX! Satisfied? But my admission of common guilt is only true to a point. Believe it or not, ladies, some men like myself want romance as much as you do. It is in searching for this elusive thing that I have discovered so much that betrays you ladies in the very areas you are supposed to excel in the romance department. I treat the causes and results of such betrayal in this book.

The Ten Commandments of God by Albert Joseph Mary Shamon Pdf

When the courts of this country banned the posting of the Ten Commandments in classrooms and public buildings, Fr. Shamon wrote The Ten Commandments of God. He looked at each of them and asked the question, Why? Why must I pray? Why must I honor my father and mother? Why can't I steal, and so on? Fr. Shamon shows that the Ten Commandments are rooted in common sense and good judgment, basically justice and rights, and defend the dignity of man and woman and are geared to protecting parents, life, spouse, property and reputation. A nation committed to law and order is committing civil euthanasia by outlawing the Ten Commandments from the public forum. This book gives a powerful argument for the return of the Ten Commandments to our nation.
