Victory from Heaven: A Cry from Heaven by Christa Erario Pdf

There is so much evil in the world that I can hardly stand upon the phrase “All will be well” with people abusing other people, especially the innocent children and babies. This is intolerable for us. It must be stopped. Therefore, this is a cry from heaven to stop all this evil and for people to return to me and live according to my book, the Bible, that all can see you are children of God most high, the Father, Son, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. So come to us and accept our unconditional love and the mercy we have for you and be made whole and complete. Our children whom we delight in and treasure so much, come one, come all, into our loving and merciful arms and be forgiven and made whole and healed. It is also a plea for my prayer warriors to pray for people to repent and return to us.

Cry Heaven, Cry Hell by Howard Gordon Pdf

In Cry Heaven, Cry Hell, the author tries to open our eyes to show that even with good intentions roads can be paved to Hell. The story follows three men who lived evil ways and then repented. Two of the men die, but one remains to either be held accountable for what they all did or to have their repentant behavior be figured into the yardstick of their collective judgment. The three men are: 1) An Irishman who wipes out an entire family and flees Ireland, 2) A descendant of an Amer-Indian ally of France, who aided France in the French/Indian War, and who is seeking revenge against her for a betrayal, and 3) An American Indian whose bitter life on a reservation was interrupted by adoption into a wealthy Boston family and seeks revenge against the white man by using the weakness of greed, just as the white man used the genetic difficulty the Indians had for alcohol against him. If we are, indeed, the guardians of Democracy, then let us guard it and not fall asleep on our laurels or let the impersonal doctrines of guilt and innocence that we invent to hide our anger from ourselves take over the responsibility of making not only just, but also morally responsible decisions; for all the decisions we make go further than the courtroom. They enter into our professional family, and neighborly lives as well. A truly thought provoking must-read.

The Complete Works of C. H. Spurgeon, Volume 54 by Spurgeon, Charles H. Pdf

Volume 54 Sermons 3073-3124 Charles Spurgeon (19 June 1834 – 31 January 1892) is one of the church’s most famous preachers and Christianity’s foremost prolific writers. Called the “Prince of Preachers,” he was one of England's most notable ministers for most of the second half of the nineteenth century, and he still remains highly influential among Christians of different denominations today. His sermons have spread all over the world, and his many printed works have been cherished classics for decades. In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to more than 10 million people, often up to ten times each week. He was the pastor of the congregation of the New Park Street Chapel (later the Metropolitan Tabernacle) in London for 38 years. He was an inexhaustible author of various kinds of works including sermons, commentaries, an autobiography, as well as books on prayer, devotionals, magazines, poetry, hymns and more. Spurgeon was known to produce powerful sermons of penetrating thought and divine inspiration, and his oratory and writing skills held his audiences spellbound. Many Christians have discovered Spurgeon's messages to be among the best in Christian literature. Edward Walford wrote in Old and New London: Volume 6 (1878) quoting an article from the Times regarding one of Spurgeon’s meetings at Surrey: “Fancy a congregation consisting of 10,000 souls, streaming into the hall, mounting the galleries, humming, buzzing, and swarming—a mighty hive of bees—eager to secure at first the best places, and, at last, any place at all. After waiting more than half an hour—for if you wish to have a seat you must be there at least that space of time in advance—Mr. Spurgeon ascended his tribune. To the hum, and rush, and trampling of men, succeeded a low, concentrated thrill and murmur of devotion, which seemed to run at once, like an electric current, through the breast of every one present, and by this magnetic chain the preacher held us fast bound for about two hours. It is not my purpose to give a summary of his discourse. It is enough to say of his voice, that its power and volume are sufficient to reach every one in that vast assembly; of his language, that it is neither high-flown nor homely; of his style, that it is at times familiar, at times declamatory, but always happy, and often eloquent; of his doctrine, that neither the 'Calvinist' nor the 'Baptist' appears in the forefront of the battle which is waged by Mr. Spurgeon with relentless animosity, and with Gospel weapons, against irreligion, cant, hypocrisy, pride, and those secret bosom-sins which so easily beset a man in daily life; and to sum up all in a word, it is enough to say of the man himself, that he impresses you with a perfect conviction of his sincerity.” More than a hundred years after his death, Charles Spurgeon’s legacy continues to effectively inspire the church around the world. For this reason, Delmarva Publications has chosen to publish the complete works of Charles Spurgeon.

At Heaven's Door by David R. Rosen Pdf

What happens when you breathe your last breath? Where do you go when you die? Will you still be you? How will you feel after you stop breathing? Will you still have emotions? Will the pain that brought you to death cease? Will there be joy? Or what about regrets or sorrow? You may ask, ‘Will I still exist?’ ‘Will I still know who I am?’ If so, ‘will I be alone? Or will others be with me? In Heaven? Or worse, will I be In hell?’ So, you say, ‘I lived a good life. Am I going to Heaven? God will see I did more good things than bad.’ OK, so how do you know how living a good life is measured, assuming God judges and not you? Or even that good works are the requirements for what God requires to enter Heaven? And then to the test question, what makes you say what you say? Do we hope this is what happens, or does God offer insight through the Bible? This study is unto life, eternal life with Jesus. Solomon declares that ‘the day of one’s death is better than the day of birth.’ (Ecclesiastes 7:1) To the world’s thinking, they would say, ‘that is weird; how can this be?’ Are you now curious about what the Bible says about what happens when a Christian dies? Are you drawn to ask yourself, ‘what do I really think and thus believe will happen when I die?’ Come. Bring your Bible, a highlighter, pen and paper, and an open heart, and let’s journey together to see what the Bible says about eternal life with and in Jesus. Having my wife’s recent passing from life to life, she will be our guide in reference as I strive to ask the questions you may ask about what happens next. Ready to start?

The Book of Revelation by Leonard L. Thompson Pdf

About seventy years after the death of Jesus, John of Patmos sent visionary messages to Christians in seven cities of western Asia Minor. These messages would eventually become part of the New Testament canon, as The Book of Revelation. What was John's message? What was its literary form? Did he write to a persecuted minority or to Christians enjoying the social and material benefits of the Roman Empire? In search of answers to these penetrating questions, Thompson critically examines the language, literature, history, and social setting of the Book of the Apocalypse. Following a discussion of the importance of the genre apocalypse, he closely analyzes the form and structure of the Revelation, its narrative and metaphoric unity, the world created through John's visions, and the social conditions of the empire in which John wrote. He offers an unprecedented interpretation of the role of boundaries in Revelation, a reassessment of the reign of the Emperor Domitian, and a view of tribulation that integrates the literary vision of Revelation with the reality of the lives of ordinary people in a Roman province. Throughout his study, Thompson argues that the language of Revelation joins the ordinary to the extra-ordinary, earth to heaven, and local conditions to supra-human processes.
