Maybe you're already familiar with the basics and are ready to incorporate this teaching on sex, love and marriage into your own life. Out of Eden - Eve and the Opposite Sex by Noemi Eva Pdf

OUT OF EDEN is a book about the fundamental nature of life: a story about men, a manual for women. In paradise, God created Eve to be a playmate for Adam. Cast out of her own Eden, Eve von Szentthamassy finds that life without a man is a life without essence. A journey into the very soul of what it means to be human, the pleasures and humiliations that we all experience, this book tells the story of a woman's rapturous relationships with men and her complex, often bittersweet liaisons with them. Eve's struggles and triumphs as a single parent, her determination to succeed in the face of adversity and her ultimate achievement of financial independence makes this story an inspiration. Eve's tale, set in exotic lands such as Brazil, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and the city of Toronto, unfolds as a passionate journey through life."

Organizational Influence Processes by Robert W. Allen,Lyman W. Porter,H.L. Angle Pdf

With more than two-thirds fresh material, this new updated edition of Organizational Influence Processes provides an overview of the most important scholarly work on topics related to the exercise of influence by individuals and groups within organizations. In selecting articles for inclusion the editors were guided by the conviction that the most useful and interesting way to view organizational influence is to take a directional approach - that is, to consider the process from the perspective of downward, lateral, and upward influence. They have organized the readings around this framework, preceded by an introductory group of articles dealing more generally with the nature of influence processes and power. The book includes both classic readings and the latest cutting edge research from some of the most respected experts writing in the field. It will be equally useful for any upper level undergraduate or graduate course concerned with organizational behavior, group behavior, leadership or power and politics.

Collaboration of Women's and Men's Leadership by Edith Khakasa Chemorion Pdf

Moving from Hegemony to Partnership in Leadership When God created women and men, the intention was for them to be partners with each other and to serve in the world as cocreators with God. The story of human beings, however, has been impacted with culture and other social factors to create different forms of hegemonies. These hegemonies have been key in values that create social injustices that are in all spheres of life but more so in women and men relationships. In cases of leadership and in many cultures, men have adopted attitudes that justify exclusion of women from leadership. In religious circles, it is justified by the ways texts are read and interpreted through the lens of culture. If we begin from the premises of justice and believing in a God of justice, then hegemonic ways of understating leadership should be null and void. Acknowledging that human beings are created in the image and likeness of God demands that we act differently. What this has meant is to challenge injustice in leadership by men and women in partnership. The circle of concerned African women theologians in Africa, where Rev. Edith Chemorion is a member, has, over the years, provided safe spaces for mentoring women to research and write about the experiences of women but much more so to call for justice in all areas, including the study of theological education and for leadership in the churches. This has borne results because of the partnership of men and women. Reverend Edith's contributions to the rallying call is that society moves from hegemony to partnership in all fronts, but especially in offering leadership by all. We are strong when we partner, and we image God's will for society in partnership. Prof. Esther Mombo Lecturer, Faculty of Theology St. Paul's University, Limuru, Kenya
