The City Look Package of the 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing 2014") is the package of designs developed to decorate the host city during Games time, comprised of usage guidelines for combinations of fundamental elements inside the city, including core graphics, emblem, slogan and so on. As a result, it is the most important guiding document in design and implementation of the city Look. In order to protect the authenticity, integrity and consistency of the city Look Package of Nanjing 2014, also to respect, protect and enhance the brand value of Nanjing 2014, this manual is developed, based on conventions established by foregoing major sport events, by Brand Management and Look function of Nanjing Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee (hereinafter referred to as "NYOGOC") to specify basic standards and usage guidelines of the City Look Package.
