Tello comunica la noticia en la casa de la amada, cuyo padre ya había accedido a la boda de Inés y Alonso. Finalmente, el rey Juan II, presente en la feria, ordena el ajusticiamiento del culpable y Lope de Vega hace justicia con su argumento.
