In economics we still think in terms of partial and general equilibrium whereas we should work with the global equilibrium principles presented here. We accumulate to major deficiencies in dealing with that question. First, we lack the knowledge to overcome the modern perils we face. Second, the forces of changes adopt the wrong strategies, the wrong organization and the wrong leadership process compared to the forces of the status quo well organized and professionally managed. We need to develop together the missing knowledge to undertake the right actions. We should begin by creating this new discipline which we might call Global Science, to get a grip on the situation. We present its goals, its theoretical underpinnings, its practice, the method, the main principles, and its manifesto to a large debate to overcome the present "frog effect", situation were the comforts of inertia may lead to our annihilation. We mainly propose its economic foundations and propose what would be the main contributions of other sciences. Today, we do not known of how to create nations of peace, more equality, ethics, and most of all based on equilibrium that preserve the biosphere. Tomorrow we will be able to do so.The book conclude by asserting that either we raise ourselves to a galactic civilisation or be annihilated. It's only by mobilizing with the Global Science method most human brains and the resources that we have a chance to overcome the dangers facing us.
