Adverting to primary rights, (or to rights which are not consequences of delicts or injuries, ) I proceeded, in the first instance, to rights in rem (or rights availing against the world at large) as existing per se or simply that is to say, as not combined with rights in permam, or rights availing exclusively against specifically determined persons.
