I am not an expert on anything but I have listened to thousands of hours of those who are, so I have put together the best bits of my journey to share with you but everybody's is different. Take the bits that suit you, your lifestyle.Map your own path. There is no right or wrong. Listen to your body, listen to your gut, listen to your heart....it will tell you.
