This Army tactics, techniques, and procedures (ATTP) publication, βCommander and Staff Officer Guide,β reinforces the fundamentals of mission command established in field manual (FM) 3-0, Operations; FM 5-0, The Operations Process; and FM 6-0, Mission Command.
